sometimes i will just …. hyperfixate on my system very hard. i cant stop making system memes. i want to recreate all my alter profiles. i yearn to ramble for hours about my plurality and system lore and i cannot help it. AAAUUUUHHGGHHHGGGHH

i know everyone says "evil alters aren't real" and i agree, generally. for a lot of reasons. but if youre here you probably know those already so let me skip to the point. shoutout to alters who feel like the evil alter, the mean alter, the ones who feel like no one likes them, or no one likes them as much of the rest of their system. i think a lot of the time people dont even realize that feeling or dismiss it... but its real, its valid to feel that way. i just hope it gets better.

(i know a lot of systems dont like using the word alter (which us fair) but im using it because thats the term our system uses. you can rb/relate to the post without using that specific term)

to those introjects or fictionkind who are dealing with source guilt or exotrauma, please know you're not alone. i know it sucks as I'm going through it right now. we all deserve to heal and be happy. we deserve great things and shouldn't be defined by our source. it sucks cause people tend to not take exotrauma as serious but it can hurt just as bad as other traumas. hugs to all! 🫂

One aspect that really frustrates me is the tendency of some anti-endos to fakeclaim systems that have a high number of headmates or split easily. It doesn't matter whether they are endogenic or not. Even some traumagenic and CDD systems get fakeclaimed for this. It's important to remember that your system’s validity isn't determined by a number or any other metric. Just like people, every system is distinct and diverse. Not every system is identical, just as no two humans are alike.

exotrauma and negative exomemories are one hell of a thing. one moment youre all good and silly the next youre remembering something that didnt even happen in this universe so no one takes you seriously and-

I hate when some anti endos think that you have to be miserable in order to be a system. (don't get me wrong its perfectly fine to be sad, upset or depressed, etc. as a system!) but like, why can’t we just be silly and full of whimsy even? A system posts that they’re happy to be a system and immediately “you’re faking being a system!” Cause some of them think you can’t *like* being a system. Like can’t we be happy? Can’t we be thankful?
