The story being told is heartfelt, and the character development on each of the routes gives so much nuance to both of the love interests, that it makes each replay more enjoyable than the last, even before you unlock new endings. Ai and Jinhai, the love interests, are each flawed and deep characters that you get to learn more about, and it's a tale that stays with you long after it ends.

As most yuri VNs and games seem to be on even footing on tumblr, I didn't do any seeding. Polls will go out on an hourly basis starting sometime tomorrow (based on when I can get the drafts done), and will last for a week. Please share propaganda, vote for your favourites and try some games you may never have heard of before!

Since the yuri VN community on tumblr is so small and a sizeable amount of the game devs for the games submitted are on here, I won't be sharing anti propaganda as I think it could lower morale among creators. Feel free to write it, but I won't reblog it; however, I will reblog positive propaganda, tagged as "propaganda". Poll boost reblogs will be tagged as "poll boost."

Any games that didn't make it into this tourney will be in season two. Please continue to submit any games that you want to see in future tourneys here.

This is a tourney to celebrate and spread awareness of yuri visual novels and games.

For this tourney, please submit any visual novel or game that is focused on

queer relationships between women 

the queer female experience

Please don't submit games that have yuri couples/overtones but aren't yuri-centric. Those games are great, but this tournament is focusing on games explicitly about girl/girl dynamics. If you aren't sure if your game counts, please send an ask!

Please submit your games and propaganda here. The first tourney will be run once we reach 32 submissions, but the submission form will be open indefinitely. I hope to run multiple tournaments and spread awareness of the many wonderful yuri visual novels and games that exist! If you are a creator, don't be shy to submit your own game.

There are no rules regarding content of games, but please submit content warnings in the section provided in the form if you think the game has content that warrants a warning.

The original Red Riding Hood was a little girl, but our Red is actually older than our Robin! Their size and personality difference makes that less obvious most likely. We also love to contrast her scaredy-cat personality with the proud wolf.

We're now halfway to our first stretch goal and almost complete with our community goal!! Thank you for all the awesome help!

When I think of Sofia's wish, it's not too hard to guess what it is. But it would be impossible for it to come true. Will all the characters get their happily ever after in this tale? Or will they be bittersweet, since this is an adventure game with plenty of risk and danger? Looks like we might have one wish coming true soon! We're so close to our funding goal now ^_^

Granny takes good care of the girls through her version of tough love. She seems to enjoy the solitude of living alone in the woods, but sadly the world does not allow that sort of privilege. Privacy is such a rare luxury in medieval times. There are ears everywhere after all... How does she keep herself safe?

Why do we call her "the witch?" Does she actually have powers?
