If you have never been inside of a Waffle House before: trust me when I say that @allysketches brought every detail to life with absolute perfection!! I swear I can feel the stickiness of the floor when I look at this art (affectionate). The details of the restaurant are as perfect as the details of the Team Mustang dynamic (can you tell who are the seasoned pros and which one of them is eating here for the first time?), and I have already flailed about how much I love this for 249832940 years 💖

the potters, godric's hollow, 1981

okay, so this one has been sitting on my unfinished folder for literal yearsss, I’ve always wanted to redraw the potter family photo from the film with the edits fancast and I finally got around to it 🥹🤌🏻

I hadn’t posted it 'til now bc I planned to draw the background but ended up never finishing it, so I figured it was time to give it up, since besides that I quite like how the rest turned out... I had a lot of fun drawing waaaay too many details to let it go to waste (even though I’m sure most of them are almost unnoticeable lol)

but on second thought I guess it looks fine so I might as well post it now 😅

also I've been pretty much MIA these past few months bc life (good and bad) and tbh it was nice, so I'll mostly stay that way, I think... pop back now and then, whenever I finish more drawings lol

this drawing started off as tv crowley and aziraphale dressed like their book cover counterparts, but then I got carried away and it turned out... not being exactly that anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️

decided to draw a small part of the bookshop opening deleted scene bc not one day goes by where I don't think about it 🥺 we lost so bad by not getting this one 😭😭 especially bc it contrasts the season 2 finale so well… I could write entire dissertations about it 🤧

Hi, I just wanted to say I'm a huge fan of your art and I hope this isn't bothersome to ask but I just started out with digital art (Photoshop) and was wondering how you get the movie/video like filter on your art?

actually I've been using mostly procreate for a while now, but I know there's equivalent ways to do the same stuff on photoshop (it used to be the only program I used for yeaaarsss)

I believe the effect you're talking about is "chromatic aberration", and I found this really quick tutorial that explains how to do it: https://youtu.be/vEsw38udx-M

besides that I usually just play with grain overlays/color gradients and adjust the opacity and layer styles!

me, randomly, with fire in my eyes: I'm going to draw a fanart that is SO niche and self-indulgent

I'm from Rio, and it's almost carnaval soo.... behold: Crowley and Aziraphale in one of our famous street parties/parades (bloquinhos de rua)!! obviously, they did their best to dress the part (or maybe each other's part actually... 😆)

lots of glitter, confetti, and silly costumes appropriate to the infernal summer heat (halloween?! idk her)... I'm sure they would have a blast! 🇧🇷🎉✨

oh, and fun fact: aziraphale unknowingly is really in fashion with his hair, bc as of late it's been really trendy (especially for men/boys) to bleach their hair white in summertime/carnaval! we call it "nevou" (literally "snowed" lol)

wacky fashion choices, funky drinks, sightseeing tours, annoying and confusing the hell out of humans talking historical facts like they’ve personally been there (they have), raising havoc in general wherever they go... idk fun times 🍹⛱️✨

omg I did the same with the screenshots, ngl it took me a whiiiile to completely figure it out even then lol

I think the cardigan vest is cashmere or lambswool, or at least those were the closest matches I found, so yeah, he's SOOO EXTRA

and not even mentioning the METAL sleeve garters, bc where the hell did he even get that, a 1920s time machine??

and all of that paired with a henley shirt of all things... and his weird little scarf to top it all off lol... questionable choices were definitely made... yet somehow it works 🥴

overall A for effort, can't say he didn't put a lot of thought into his silly "bookseller cosplay", what a huuuuge nerd (and you're right, not even at gunpoint!!! just a simple request from the angel equivalent of the "🥺" emoji did the trick just fine 😆... who would have thought?!)

and the throwing of books is just his ✨quirky little thing✨, maybe he just forgot about object permanence for a sec?? (twice!!!!) idk... let not Aziraphale see it though or he would certainly discorporate on the spot (though maybe the look would get Crowley off the hook... just this once 😏)
