Update: I currently weigh 137 lbs/62 kg. I said I would cut down to 135 but I think I’ll just maintain this weight permanently. I really have come so far since I started this journey last July and I think I’m ready to go back to eating higher volume and higher calorie (but still healthy) meals. Thank you all for following my weight loss journey. More health and wellness content to come!

AHH I HIT MY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL🥳🥳🥳🥳! So sorry for not being active. I’ll post more on here in the coming weeks. I think I’ll do a slow cut to 136 and then hit permanent maintenance. This weight loss journey tested my patience but I’m grateful I stayed consistent! I’ll turn this account into a maintenance account and I’ll just share the eating and health habits I’ve committed to in order to stay healthy.

I feel so powerful wow! Walking is the best form of exercise. So many people complimented my legs and asked me if I run track. I’m not an athlete, I just do this because I love how disciplined it keeps me!

Update: Started weight training again and started doing weekly instead of daily weigh ins and my mental is so much better because of it. Anyways today was leg day but tomorrow will probably be back or biceps. I’ve been training back aggressively because I want a v-taper.

Update: hi yall. I haven’t done an update in a while so here it goes. Tracking weight loss results in the face is underrated. People take body pics but I also think taking selfies is a good way to see how much facial fat is lost from the weight loss process.

Second Progress pic: this pic is blurry because my iPhone is shit. But new update: I started a new no added sugar diet. My food costs more but it’s worth it. My weight has been cycling between 165-170 lbs because of water weight and thanksgiving eats (I love mashed potatoes). First day weigh in was 167.2 and today is the second day and the weigh in was 165.4. I’ll continue to monitor my weight for the next 30 days to see if the diet is effective. I’ve been eating less than 20g of sugar daily and the sugar withdrawals suck.

First progress post: This is my body after a 3-mile run. Moved a lot slower than I usually do (8-9 min/mile pace) but we keep grinding.

Went on a 9.5 mile walk at 6 in the morning the day before thanksgiving. Walking is such a good tool to lower cortisol levels.
SN: Everyone on a gym journey should own some type of Fitbit or progress tracker. I use the Fitbit inspire 3 to track my calories in-calories out as well as workouts.
