My brother is in a lot of pain, to the point where he feels like his stomach is being eaten away by the pain. The food we’re eating is just a loaf of bread made from pasta and spoiled, rotten flour, and we’re eating one loaf a day. The pain doesn’t go away, and he’s constantly complaining about it. We’ve both thrown up several times. On top of that, the water is contaminated.
