Finally under the 200lb mark. I haven’t seen a 1 before the two following numbers since I was 20. Women will know that losing weight with PCOS and Hypo-Thyroidism is an uphill battle and then some. I know this is scale-victory, but a victory is just that...something to celebrate. So! To commemorate this success of mine, I made a this huge salad for Lunch/Dinner (since it’s way past lunch time) with all of my favorite fixings. Romaine, Spinach Leaves, Seedless Cucumber, Deli Turkey (naturals), Sliced boiled eggs and swirls of Hidden ValleySriracha Ranch on top! Picked this up @aloegloe as a choice to quench to my thirst while running errands today! It’s delicious 😋 & super refreshing with just a hint of sweetness.
