#Seriously. This morning I'm going all #whitegirl- I just can't even. Because the words I want to say, the things that I'm truly thinking are so far from the heart that #God calls me to have. Yes, I am a #christian , a follower of Jesus, but first and foremost I am #human and this morning my heart is just full of sin- just ugliness, I mean hell hath no furry like a single mama. However, this tired, single mamas heart is also full of #gratitude. Gratitude, because I know that I believe in a forgiving God, a God of #mercy. Someone who I am #praying to with every #breath to forgive me , to clean my heart , to right my thinking, to give it all to Him, because at the end of the day I am truly very #blessed. Divorce can be ugly and I'm choosing to find joy , even on the hard days,even on the days when my plans with my children don't even compare to to his and we {they}get stuck in the comparison game. Breathing in Jesus exhaling joy. Breathing in redemption exhaling worth. Great things can be done by #tinyhands and delicious #treats can made in small kitchens. First video collage 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Here are some of my favorite abdominal exercises, I mean who doesn't like a good #abworkout? The first is a seated rainbow, you start in a c curve, on booty slightly leaned back and abs in like you were sucker punched, keep legs straight and off the ground and literally draw the arc of a rain now with your toes- try this for 30 seconds and work your way up to 60. The next takes a bit of #coordination 😜it's an alternating bird-dog. Start in a plank position, extend opposite arm and leg then crunch it in, extend out, down to plank and switch. Alternate for 30 seconds and work up to a minute. The last is a unicorn, start in a c curve and keep your legs straight and lifted as you lift them up and down for 30 seconds, don't let your heels hit the ground 💪🏻 #feeltheburn #bathingsuitseasonisuponus #restorethecore #fitmom #momofthree #getinshape #eatcleantrainmeangetlean #absaremadeinthekitchen #summeready #shinechick
