“It was my 50th birthday, and I stayed at Monsal Head, but the view was just so splendid, that I felt 21 instead!’ 🎈 • We loved this inscription on a bench at Monsal Head. Bolsover Castle 🏰 • The long gallery, in the picture, is completely empty, there’s no roof, no windows, no furniture and barely any walls inside. • This castle is apparently haunted.
