RED LIGHTS, DARK KNIGHTS: UPDATE

We have received all remaining merch items and have already started getting all the 🔥🎁hot packages🎁🔥 ready for everyone!

This means that we are ready to start shipping everything on Dec.06! There’s nothing quite like delayed gratification, is there? 😜

And yes, digital bundles will be sent on the same day, so make sure to check your emails for both the tracking information (if you bought any of the physical bundles) and for the access to our digital package. Our email address is synapsezines@gmail.com, so be on the lookout for it!

Keep in mind that we will be sending emails throughout the day in different batches to try and avoid being flagged as spam. This is something that can still happen, so don’t forget to check your spam folder as well. If you don’t receive any email from us after two days, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will procure to give you access to the digital bundle asap.

For me, a mix of his vulnerability and his competency. He’s a highly skilled, strategic person, very good at what he does and very quick to learn when he needs to pick up something new, but he’s also deeply emotionally wounded and very much in need of someone to trust him and care for him. There’s a lovely contrast between him being that big, strong, dangerous guy, and how very uncertain and at times fragile he can be when it comes to matters of the heart. (Look, you asked an ace, what did you expect?)

Beyond the Pale (JayTim Vampire au)

The sharp silhouette of Drake Manor against the pale, full moon cut a suitably somber visage against the autumn sky. A pervasive wind was blowing through the trees surrounding the overgrown ground, whispering like a poorly kept secret. Jason Todd lifted the collar of his coat out of habit, shielding the vulnerable flesh of his neck from its bite. He stared at the once-grand home while he let the wind claw and tug at his clothing as if in hope of beckoning him through the battered doors.

 In that regard, the wind seemed to be the most welcoming thing about the place. The windows had long been boarded up, the brick facade a patchwork of lichen and ivy so dried and desiccated that it looked black in the light of the moon. A once-impressive turret rose up to spear the bloated clouds overhead, appearing desperate in its struggle to stand straight while it slanted dangerously askew. Brittle, dead grass crunched beneath his heavy boots. No flowers grew in the planters by the wrapping porch. Only weeds that whispered alongside the breeze.
