Meet Roy! After 6 months of retiring from working as a officer in San Quentin prison for almost 30 years Roy felt himself letting go of his health. His wake up call came after visiting the doctor and being told 'I've never seen you like this'. After meeting he asked me if I could help him gain direction again. My response was maybe. He came in for one of my free 'Transformation Sessions' and after a short assessment, training session and nutrition coaching I asked him if he wanted my help and accountability, he said yes and we went to work. Every one of these 3 months we've worked together he shared with me that one of his former co-workers retired and soon after died due to unhealthy health choice which pushed his fire for his health & wellness to another level. He had such a passion for it that he refers all of his buddy's over to me to try to help them make a serious lifestyle choice and a few has started the process. Roy has now completed my '12 week Transformation Program' and he's still just getting started... The best is yet to come!
