The Hunt continues...

Now, despite my current feelings with Predator being low, this comic and franchise mean a lot to me, and I'm not giving up on it!

Issue 2 focuses mostly on the desert yautja and their culture, also exploring heavy themes of fatherhood.

Tales of the Hunt will return in August or September!

Okay, let's officially begin this project

The first design for the upcoming Marvel story! James Buchanan Barnes aka Bucky! "The White Wolf".

Bucky in this mirror timeline is one of the leaders of a new and reformed Avengers/Shield. He leads a small team of his own, the Vanguard. He handpicked and trained them all. He is also responsible for training all new recruits. Bucky also does special ops and more dirty work to keep off the records.

RAAA This design is top tier! artfelipe.art (Instagram) absolutely crushed it with combining the MCU, and Rivals looks together, and it looks FIRE! TYSM FRIEND.

I'M SO READY FOR THE OTHER DESIGNS TO BE SHOWN SOON!

Coming this Monday, February 19th

~Chorus finds itself in an era of peace after years of war. The planet is flourishing with new life, and for once, it seems all is peaceful. However, something sinister lies beyond the stars with its eyes set on Chorus. One key holds the balance.~

So... with creating a new account on here and Instagram, found myself back to square one in sharing this story. Pages of Chapter 1 will be posted probably almost every other day.

Yes, another announcement...

I just needed to come out and write this. I'm sorry in advance for a ramble.

I think- I think I need to step away from Predator for now. My motivation to continue work on Tales of the Hunt has crashed entirely as of now. I've gotten into many disputes over the new stuff coming out, but I've found my passion and love for both the franchise and comic has sunken.

Now, it's not canceled by any means. Heavens no. I'm just going on hiatus with this comic for a bit until I'm ready to continue on. Maybe I'll work on it on and off while I collect myself and let that fire I have for Predator come back. I know, I know Badlands is just a movie, and I'm overreacting, I shouldn't be this upset, but it really felt like a slap in the face and punch in the gut. And that really sucks to say as a Predator fan. While I get the hype for more content, I just don't feel it, and it's really been putting a damper on my motivation and excitement to work on this story as of now. And I feel really bad in saying that.

Hopefully, with some due time and space away from it, things will settle down, and Tales of the Hunt will be back later this year. I really want to feel excited, I do, but I just can't. With this being said, some better news for the comic. Issue 2 is nearly halfway complete, so whenever it returns, it'll most likely be fully finished, and hopefully, no delays like part of Issue 1 lol.

On another note, while I take a break from Predator, I will be beginning on my Marvel story. I understand if you're only here for Predator, and this doesn't interest you. That's totally okay! I've recently fallen back in love with Marvel (the old Marvel) mainly due to Marvel Rivals and really wanted to revisit my old scripts I had from a few years back (very similar to Predator). I've been having so much fun revamping and revisiting this story I've got planned and really can't wait to share it!

With all this being said, I feel like this has taken a weight off my shoulders by writing this out. Tales of the Hunt isn't gone, just on break, and another story is in the works while on the break! There is nothing wrong with working on something positive instead of focusing on the negative.

Anyway, if you read this, thank you for listening. It means a lot.

Is there a reason you’re not interested in the upcoming movies? Just curious! I’m enjoying the comics!

Badlands just doesn't feel like Predator to me. And because of it, it killed excitement I had left for Killer of Killers.

But, thankfully, it didn't kill my interest in the comic.

Some announcements, mostly comic related

Predator: Tales of the Hunt will return this summer for Issue 2. The cover of Issue 2 will hopefully be dropping in early June (stay tuned!)

On that note of Predator. I will not be featuring anything from Badlands or Killer of Killers in Tales oftheHunt. I've already stated that I'm not interested in Badlands, and I sadly feel the same about Killer of Killers.

Another comic announcement is that I'm currently working on the script for a Marvel comic! It will be spilt into two series. "Chronicles" and "Vanguard." I'm extremely excited about this story and can't wait to start sharing it.

Okay, I'm gonna be real and honest.

I'm NOT excited for Predator Badlands. The trailer actually, in fact, enraged me to my core. I'm not amused by it. Everything feels off about it. The designs, the story, the tone, and the effects. It all feels very off.

As a massive Predator fan, this hurts me to say this.

This also means that for Tales of the Hunt, it will not include any of what will be seen in the movie. Normally, I try to stay close to Canon, but there's a few exceptions. The Predator and Badlands will either be rewritten or ignored entirely.

I'm not here to attack anyone, I'm just stating my opinion and feelings. If you're excited about this movie, AWESOME!
