Got too h!gh last night and ate so much. I feel so disgusting this morning it’s just sitting in my stomach and making me nauseous. I don’t think fasting works for me, it makes me binge to bad. How else can I loose weight fast? Im trying to stay in c@l deficit

Not even an hour later and I purged it. I didn’t mean to, I mean that wasn’t my plan. I don’t usually purge but I felt so gross eating it I couldn’t have it just sit in my stomach.
