The secret boss in Chapter 4 might be my favorite moment in the whole game (so far). Gerson and Susie have a really nice dynamic and I loved how this fight foreshadowed everything while also helping her find her own path and genuinely encouraging her to keep honing her abilities and spellcasting. It was a much-needed breather to have just a friendly sparring match amidst the world-ending stakes the rest of the chapter. Thank you Toby Fox!

I wanted to draw something high-energy again, not related to anything in particular, The effects and poses were super fun to mess with.

Pretty minor feature this week, adding some party poppers to knock open with a fun little team attack. Toying around with the idea of making you button mash through them (second go) but probably gonna scrap it. This is also the most involved cutscene I've gotten working in engine (new props, synchronized sounds, and more involved animation), so it took quite a bit more than I expected.
