The Spindles of Time
The spindles of time,
Winds and turns to form a thread,
One of them of which,
Luckily led me to you,
It made us closer,
Closer than what we were before,
As this gap between us,
Will soon be woven into reality,
Each fiber consists of a piece of ourselves,
Some of which we dont know of,
But sooner or later we will discover them,
Only then will the wheel stop spinning.

An Empty Crib
Once, a house expected another,
Another guest, soon to be its owner,
Warmth did it bring, another company for the upcoming winter,
But winter came early, as the crib remained empty.

Glass
A reflection of a man i once was,
Shattered down the middle,
As i stared on tiny unnoticable pieces,
Of which still holds the image i had,
They will soon be swept away,
By temptation, sweet misery,
Gone is the man that looked at me back,
With pleading eyes.

A Lullaby for Fading Stars
I just wanna sing you a lullaby,
As the stars will slowly lose their smile,
The sparkles on your eyes are slowly dimming,
And we will go through another beginning.
And all the things
And all the pain
And all the silly games we played,
All of those will soon disappear,
All the worries,
And all the shame,
All of these will remain the same,
As we will go through this again, my dear.
Will my voice reach your soul?
Will your weakened ears hear me,
Will my silhouette appear on your eyes?
Will you please give me a smile.
The warmth of your touch,
The beat of your heart,
They are not trying to play their part,
We will soon meet again,my dear,
My heart will ache,
The bands will play,
The radios will chatter away,
All of these will soon, disappear.

Kronos
Carrying a burden,
Of which accumulated over time,
All alone in the deep darkness,
Cold and of no sound,
My problems will keep me company,
For an eternity until the moment that i will die,
Heavy, heavy are my steps,
Enough to leave mere impressions,
On the hard ground,
But not heavy enough to help others,
Others who i helped and left me be,
To suffer, to repent, and to waste away.

God Watches, but Does Not Save
I keep swimming up,
But i keep sinking deeper,
I can breath underwater,
But i keep on drowning,
The only thing that i can do is pray,
But even god is in disarray,
From the sorry state i am in.

Fear and Doubt
Gods, ghosts, creatures, myths,
Which are true and which are not?
Each are to be believed in,
And each full of doubt,
Each will hold a place in our hearts,
Stay hidden, and talk your heart out,
Death is always beside us in every route,
Something we know is there,
Hidden well within our sights,
We fear the unkown,
Thus we believe of superstitions,
We believe in God,
Thus we fear redemption,
Death, life, emotions and fear,
Something we see and anyone can feel,
Trial, judgement, heaven and hell,
Each is but a solution,
A temporary escape to who we will return to.

Calendar
A man will always need to reset,
Even if said man will be the strongest, wisest, or most intelligent,
There will always come a day where they will need to start turning yet another page in their life,
Their days will slowly turn to weeks, then months, and years,
All of their efforts will be in vain,
But our journey must go on,
Even the mighty sun will rise and fall all year round,
The seas will forever be lost in its neverending tides,
Clouds will perpetually form in horizons wide,
And the air will continuosly flow,
But there will come a day where they will stop,
And wind up moving yet again

Sandbag
I am worth more than sand,
The very sand we kick and sweep away,
Heavy, but useful only for certain situations,
Only to be left alone or be used all over again,
All the stress will weaken me eventually,
Ripping me open slowly,
As my insides will be swept away,
Leaving me as nothing but a tattered sheet,
Left only to be thrown ontop a pile of trash,
To be burnt eventually,
And theres nothing that i can do about,
For I am just a sandbag,
Something worth more than sand.

The Coin of Heroes and Villains
Villains and heroes are a jest,
Both are like either sides of a coin,
One will always be below and the other on top,
And neither will stand on their sides,
It depends on us who the villains are,
Or wether they be the head or tail,
The world really does not care that much,
But we will always be the villain on neither side.

Sampaguita's Farewell
A garland of white petals were laid above my chest,
From beautiful flowers it came,
It grew from the soils of my own country,
A land of which i love and serve,
The lovely smell of each sampaguita,
Are engrained into my memories,
Small and fragile they were,
Small and fragile we are,
Slowly, i rose up,
And each petal slowly fell,
Received by nature yet again,
Only for it to decay.

Sunflower
Yellow, yellow was her dress,
As she glided through the midnight fauna,
White, white were the stars that lit up our way,
As the moon hid behind gray clouds,
We laughed and we ran behind a forests gloom,
As the critters buzzed and chirped throughout the night,
The early dew will slowly collect as the morn' comes,
Just to remain stagnant inside a leaf,
Her light slowly dimmed,
As she returned with the morning sun,
Hoping to return back soon.

The Fall of the Forgotten Knight
Grunting came from a warrior
Rusted was his armor,
His sword of no value,
As the rain poured on his wounds,
Iron, steel, metal nor gold,
Will not replace this soul,
As he will soon be invited back,
To the warm darkness he sought.

Starlit Paths and Restless Hearts
A traveller, travelling to distant lands,
Found not an adventure, but love instead,
He set his shoes down, and looked at the stars,
But nothing has still changed.

if it's good enough for you, then it deserves to be made. don't let anyone else decide if your story is worth it or not.

Chair
One more chair wont change a man,
And changing the chair wont fix it,
Its only there for you to lean into when you are tired,
Its only there to support you,
Adding more legs wont help with the bearing weight you left,
Painting it over will only cover up a memory you once had,
But it will always be there like a scars you previously had,
A haunting lesson you will try to forget,
You need to scrape up the paint or douse it with chemicals to remove it,
But you will only hurt yourself in the process,
Life is hard, life is cruel, but 4 more legs will always be better than 2,
So why wont you sit down and rethink it all over again.
