The speaker needs to be clear in their speech and pay attention to their audience. After all, communication also involves receiving feedback from those who are listening.

The language used during a conversation depends on the individuals you're speaking to and the environment you're in. Your body language and behavior should also adapt to the situation, along with your facial expressions and tone of voice.

It's not solely the responsibility of the speaker; communication also relies on the listeners. If the receiver is difficult and closed off to the conversation, it's impossible to have a productive interaction.

Communication is all about the exchange of information, ideas, and meanings between people. It's an interactive process that requires attention, active listening, interpretation, and adaptation to ensure effective communication.

easy steps to better skin

Getting into skin care can be really overwhelming, with everyone telling you what to do, which products to use, and what you're doing wrong. Here you have some easy tips to improve your skin! <3

Wash your face twice a day. Once in the morning + once at night.

Stop picking your skin. It never really helps anyways.

Wash your hands more often.

Buy a silk pillowcase. Also great for your hair!

Use SPF daily. No excuses here.

Don't touch your face too much.

Wash your makeup brushes. At least once a week, come ooon!

Don't over-exfoliate your skin.

Find out what your skin type is.

Don't wear makeup at home. Letting the skin breathe yk?

If you have sensitive skin, try Korean skincare.

Go easy on the sugar. Helped me a lot! :)
