George waking up to his twin being alive. His other half whole and healthy talking about how Ron would be starting Hogwarts in a month. Asking if they should switch up the color of their next prank.

Fred realizing his brother is having a panic attack and doesn’t understand why but just hugs him.

George not letting him go and crying. Sobbing and trying to make sense of everything.

Fred going to Bill before he catches his port key because their big brother can solve anything,

George sharing everything, Bill viewing the memories in his mind. Bill hugging George and planning on how to make everything right so nothing happens.

Starting with caging Ron’s rat, finding a certain werewolf, freeing an innocent man, & saving a boy under a the stairs.

James : I’m literally sobbing here, grieving the end of a great prankster and you are not helping.

Sirius ignoring the two loud voices and continues searching how to increase Marlene’s body odor to be unpleasant because she was flirting with Remus in Potions earlier. And Sirius knows she wore her new perfume in class to impress his Moony.

Regulus : I think it’s a charms book! Maybe he’s actually doing the essay he’s due to turn in tomorrow.

James starts to faint.

Remus: I tried to stop them!

McGonagall: I literally saw you do it and all of you were giggling

Legolas: Sorry?

Sam: Well Mister Legolas Sir, we were just wondering how old you were seeing as you always tell us stories from a long time ago.

Legolas sheepishly: Umm… what year are we in?

Aragorn at the same time as Pippin: This is an example of elves being terrible at keeping track of time.

Pippin in absolute shock: You don’t know how old you are?!

Legolas trying his hardest to explain, making vague gestures in the air around him: I know how old I am roughly. Time is infinite for me! It just keeps on going. Do you count the number of breaths you take? Or the number of words you speak? Time just… exists. So… what year are we in?

Aragorn reluctantly: 3018 of the third age. And don’t you dare ask me what year you were born in.

Legolas rolling his eyes: I may be bad at keeping track of time but I do know when I was born. Legolas counting on his fingers for a good long while before announcing rather proudly: 3791! Yes, that does sound about right.

Do you think Legolas ever made references from 300+ years earlier

Just completely forgetting that 7 of the other 8 members of the Fellowship were not around to witness whatever thing he was referencing

Legolas: The sky is as dark as the Great Eclipse of 2490, what terror that wrought! How did you fare during that terrible month?

Aragorn: ???? 7 generations of my family have lived and died since then ????

It would definitely make Legolas sad as 2490 was like a week ago and it would put into perspective the brevity of mannish / dwarfish / hobbit lives

On a much lighter note, maybe Legolas tried to make pop culture references to them all, but his references were 300+ years out of date so they all called him grandad

He is plant boy because he is but he’s 6ft tall with abs of a God and Pansy has to defend her man from all the psychos trying to get him.

yknow what i love about lotr is how DRAMATIC legolas is. he cannot do anything normally. does he just climb onto a horse like a normal person NO he grabs onto the underside of the horse’s neck and swings backwards and up and around to get on top of it. he’s always saying shit like “there is a specter of evil in the air…i feel it…” like you could just say man it’s cold in this room. he’s so abnormal. rip legolas you would’ve loved local theatre performances of shakespeare

I personally like the idea of Harry time traveling back and making things right because he knows Dumbledore is a manipulative bastard.

Just imagine:

James & Lily on a date

out of no where a black hole or something appears and Harry’s like yea let me give you all this information and you can save people. (And end a war before everyone dies)

Obviously James automatically thinks of telling Dumbledore, but Lily was like mm wait a minute let me see if any of the information is correct.

Boom saves Marlene/Pandora/The Twins.

Then because he’s Harry he goes and tells Severus the same message.

Severus debates on what the hell to do but since him and Lily think the same he tests the info.

Regulus/Barty/Evan saved.

And BECAUSE he’s Harry.

He tells Narcissa exactly how Draco will grow up to be an absolute dick head with daddy issues.

She leaves the Malfoy home and moves in with Sirius and his nerdy boyfriend.
