Being
Being comes out of seeing. Thinking only produces collection of knowledge, information, and desires. Seeing creates your level of being. To view your level of being does not come from what you think it is, but from your interactions! The people that surrounds you is your level of being!
Try to take a bird's eye view on all your conversations and actions: do you spend most of your conversations with others on day-to-day problems and crisis? Do you spend most of your time on entertainment and pleasures? Do you attract greedy and selfish people? Have you noticed that your group of friends and acquaintances fall into a certain level of interests and understandings. Some people are always interested in money, in their image, and getting ahead. Others contemplate deeper meanings and purposes? There are certain people who are very calm and peaceful and they attract an air of warmth and acceptance. There are others who are never satisfied and always find ways to get more.
Thinking is always based on what your emotions tell you what is important for you. What is necessary for you to think, do, and believe. Seeing is actually seeing the underlying causes for your actions and thoughts. Being is then the resulting changes of you!
This gets me mad and angry. Or, this gets me excited and eager and I want more. Thinking can give you all the justifications for you to have these desires and emotions. Seeing shows you what is actually giving you these emotions and desires that you are the cause. You interpret your environment. It is your interpretations using memories and past interactions. Your interpretation continues the past.
When you see that you are not the past, that there is something deep inside you that is alive and is not in the past! You are suddenly touched by this awakening! You, for that moment, come alive! Being comes from you automatically living a different interpretation! You are changed!

Seeing
Seeing is not thinking. Seeing is taking you on a different path, in a different direction. Once on a path, we use thinking to go onwards on the path. Thinking does not find us the new path, only seeing does. Thinking does not give us seeing! Thinking can not make us to see. Seeing does not come out of thinking! There's a huge jump going from thinking to seeing! Into a new existence of understanding!
Seeing drastically changes you! Thinking does not as thinking just walks you onwards one step at a time on the same path. in the same direction, towards the same goal with the same understanding! All you have accomplished is to just gathered more information for your understanding to have more supports!
To me, all the spiritual writings and teachings are telling us about seeing and not thinking. It is seeing that gets us into the new path of development and growth.
Seeing is the "aha" moment! Something obscure, hidden, and out of focus, is now becomes so obvious! Insights! This newness of new! Now I get it! Now I understand what they have always been talking about! Now I see what it is all about!
For example, you think of a problem, or a situation. It is only through asking questions can one begin to see. The depth of your question reflects the depth of your seeing. You do not want to accept all the facts, thoughts, and ideas that others have done before you. Because then, you will be on their path and not be making the jump to another path.
You want to find their answers, their thoughts, and their understandings to be incomplete! The one way to do this is for you to keep repeating, "I don't know", or, "There's something missing", or, "I don't think so, but I don't know why and I desperately do want to find out" and eventually the answer jumps right into your lap! And then when you do get that answer, you say again, "I still don't know." Knowledge and knowing is still thinking! You want to see and not to be at the level of thinking!
You stare at a problem! You analyzed it for many days, weeks, months, and years. You read everything you possible can. You listened to many experts and teachers and this problem is still there. You have tried thinking your way out of this problem to a complete and full answer. Nothing! "I still don't know" as I want to exhaust all the previous knowledge, all my thinking, and memories that are on this path! The deeper you dig, the greater the effort leads to more of the seeing!
Philosophical problems like: is there a God or not; is there evil or not; is there a meaning in life or not; is there life after death; is there truth or not. Or, scientific problems like: what was there before the Big Bang; what are quantum objects; what is force; what is time; what is the fabric of space; Or any other fundamental question will do and you exhaust all answers, conclusions, and understandings! You want to see and not to gather more information!
Seeing is the process of itself seeing itself!

Thinking, Seeing, and Being
What we view as thinking can be mechanically described as connecting one idea, one word, one thought, to another, and then to another, as a string of words, thoughts, and ideas.
The process of thinking is physical: one neural pattern physically connected to another neural pattern, and so on. Very similar to the letters, words, paragraphs, and chapters in a book. In our brain, our words and thoughts are not typed and static like a word is on a page, but is a living, biological process. In both situations, a process to read these words is independent and separate from the process of the words physically coming into being.
We are thinkers and that is one of the differences between humans and all other living creatures! Thinking is wonderful and seems to have an infinite variety of ways to connect thoughts to other thoughts. We have built a technological civilization from this thinking ability! Thinking is an amazing, physical process of combining a variety of ideas and thoughts to other ideas and thoughts! This is probably one of the reasons most people remain at this level of development.
Logic and reasoning is thinking which is at this level of development. We all have and use logic and reasoning. We all sensibly connect patterns of thoughts and words to other patterns of words and thoughts! These are our laws, our social actions, our normal behaviors, and our morality for good and evil!
One thought is no different from any other thoughts. One can think there is God, or another think there is no God. Both are in this physical level in which physical emotions dominate! Emotions are physically created from one's past interactions and these emotions dictate and control one's comfortable decisions and choices.
Seeing is the next process. One sees the underlying connections and causes! One sees the results before the results are made. One sees the future of paths. The first step on the path can also be the first step on a wrong path. A thinking person would pick one path from all other paths based on all the possible thinking one has done: weighing all the facts, all the interactions, and all the reasoning. Seeing sees that even if one initially picked the wrong path, eventually, more interactions will occur and then other paths will be self-created and one will then take this different path and will go in the direction of growth and development.
Being is from the seeing and has shaped one's personal actions and interactions. Being is the process that completely takes over all thinking combinations! There is no weighing and comparing one string of words, thoughts, and beliefs to other strings of words and beliefs. Being is the level of self-development that does not need to do any of this. Seeing has demonstrated the underlying truths and being has then fully completed our human development and process!

Escaping the Peanut Shell
We have this view that every object has its own power source and is independent from everything else. Yes, objects consist of smaller objects and still smaller within those, and so on. One can take this down to the quantum level. Each has its own source of power. We classify life from that which is dead by the movement. A rock is dead as it can neither move from one location to another, or that within the rock, nothing visibly moves. However, a plant has life because there is movement within.
With this view, we separate life from death due to the source of motion and power. No movement and no power means it is dead!
If one takes the view that the power source is universal and is outside everything, like water which moves everything in an ocean and without water there would be no marine life, then everything is dead as the source is the power that moves everything. Our body is dead just like the peanut shell!
How can one escape being a peanut shell? The peanut shell can not communicate with its source of power and movement. All our sensory devices are peanut shells as well! Our neural patterns, our neurons, and all our thoughts are also peanut shells!
One can not escape the peanut shell by using other peanut shells! Most people view the peanut shell as being integrated, mixed with, and combined with the source. To them, the peanut shell and its source of movement is the same. Then, they can never escape from their peanut shell!
One distinguishes a peanut shell from its source of movement and power only through one's own source and not by using one's peanut shell disguised as a sensory device, or thought! Only the source can distinguish what is the source and what is the peanut shell!
Escaping the peanut shell is when you suddenly realize that you are the source and not the peanut shell!

Peanut Shell
This is an excellent metaphor and conception for grasping "is knowing" as your consciousness: the peanut shell. Your body is the peanut shell, a hard physical barrier and inside your body, is like the Russian Doll, smaller and smaller peanut shells which we label as cells, blood plates, proteins, molecules, and so on. Each of these peanut shells have smaller peanut shells inside, a well organized series operating co-operatively.
Unlike the peanut shell which has a peanut inside, you have this energy flow, a force that moves the peanut shell which is everything our senses can observe! This force is not physical. I prefer to see the peanut shell as 3D and this expanding force as 4D.
In the world of quantum, every object is a wave. When one wave interacts with another wave, science calls it a quantum wave collapse. The collapse creates the particle, in which, we see it as a peanut shell. The wave can not be observed, but only its collapse becoming to us, the peanut shell. If there were no photons, no light, you and I could not even see our hands that are even inches away from our eyes. Complete, total darkness!
In the Tibetan Book of the Dead, in the chapter, Confession in the Presence of the View (in Part 7, Natural Liberation through Acts of Confession), "How mistaken in the view which dualizes subject and object, when the expanse of reality is free from conceptual elaboration!" Also, this exact sentence is used for, good and evil; this life and the next; form and material substance; beginning and end; cause and effect; externalism and nihilism; outside and inside; higher and lower; and between human thoughts.
The Buddhist monks, to me, are describing all the peanut shells and what each represent and what remains is the expanding force as being the true reality! The unobservable wave only comes into our existence from contact with a peanut shell!
Without realizing it, we are using and becoming these peanut shells! Our sensory organs are also peanut shells. Our eyes are peanut shells. When your fingers pinch your belly, your sense of touch is a peanut shell! We are using only our peanut shells to interact and to observe our world! This is the mechanism in which we dualizes our existence!

Is Knowing
One view on consciousness is that consciousness is knowing. Is knowing what? Knowing what you are doing now; what you did yesterday; and what you hope to be doing tomorrow, or ten minutes from now. Knowing that you are different from others and you have different experiences, different memories, and different reactions. Knowing that you are aware and awake to what is happening all around you, constantly and all times.
All these are merely physical activities on a list. This list is only all that "is knowing" has done, can do, and is doing using our physical world and physical components! The list is describing the abilities, experiences, and results we use to describe "is knowing". It does not describe what causes "is knowing". It can only describe what "is knowing" can physically do and has physically done and physically will do in the future.
So, what causes "is knowing"? "Is knowing" is a process, a movement, a motion revealing itself to us when we are at one physical state from another physical state. It uses our physical memories. I am physically here and now I am physically there. I have physically done this a moment ago, and now, I am physically doing this. These are all physical results from what "is knowing" has done! It only has physical components available to show us.
The physical components limit itself to what it can truly reveal itself to us! It can only reveal itself by what is available for us to understand. Our brain is physical. Our body is physical. "Is knowing" is inside a peanut shell which is our body! It shows us by using the physical components to reveal itself to us. Our memories are physical. Our words and thoughts are physical. Our emotions are physical. Our observations are physical.
"Is knowing" is not about what it has done, nor any of its results and accomplishments. "Is knowing" is about you inside this peanut shell interacting in a physical world using physical tools to understand. Is knowing" is not physical.
All your thoughts, words, ideas, beliefs, emotions, desires, fears, and goals, are all physical accomplishments and creations of "is knowing". Each one, each thought, each belief, each emotion, each desire, and each fear is physically tugging you away from this "is knowing". They want to tug you into their world and into their importance. They want all eyes on them. A constant physical tugging away from "is knowing".
You are this "is knowing". Bit by bit, being revealed by all the physical results. You have made these physical results important and vital to you, and not their creator, "is knowing". When the physical tugging has completely stopped, then all eyes are on the process of "is knowing".

Describing
When we see something, we describe it. These two go hand-in-hand. From our sensory signals triggering our neural patterns, we then describe it to ourselves. In quantum science, before an observation is made, there is nothing described. There is something there, but has not been described and has no properties, such as location, momentum, and spin. For us to see and observe, it has to be physical. We can only see and observe physical things!
That's the mystery of us being able to interact with what we see and observe. Science says any interaction with a quantum particle, such as a photon, will cause this mystery into becoming something physical. But, this has never been verified as science needs to observe this! And, if science observes this photon interaction, then by us observing, it causes the mystery to become physical. So, science can not say one way or another: if this world exists on its own independently, or needs us and comes from our observations?
From our limitations, there is this unobservable mystery which we can not observe as when we observe, it then becomes a property, such as being a physical object with location, speed, and spin.
Our emotional desires limit us to only seeing and observing what we have already experienced before. For example, if humans have never seen a tree before, and when humans do see a tree for the very first time, the tree would be a combination of other objects that we have experienced before. The tree to us would be a combination of parts of other objects we have experienced before! Like the structural lines in rocks and rivers, the shape of bushes, the shape of clouds, the size of animals. We are always observing objects created from parts and we then combine these parts to describe the objects! We are creating our observations from the combinations of these parts. All these parts are creating our reality!
The objects we describe and observe become our physical world which is our creation using parts that we have experienced and observed before. We are just making varieties of combinations!
If we do not see and observe parts, then we will be in this unobservable mystery!

Giving Meaning
What do we understand that we are doing when we give meaning to something, whether it is an object, a feeling, a location, a person, an encounter with someone, or situation?
For example, we think of meaning from having a direct experience with something. Such as a book. I can point to that thing and call it a book. I have held a book before and that is one of my meanings for a book. The more meaningingful something is, the more I am emotionally attached to it. That book I own is a rare book and has a significant historical and monetary value! That book has more emotional feelings than a common cookbook which is torn and never used.
Or, when we have conversations and discussions with others. We find ourselves with different points of views, beliefs, and ideas. We eventually get into disagreements. These values we hold are important to us and because they are important to us as we define their importance by our strong, emotional feelings attached. The stronger are our emotional feelings and attachments, the stronger are our meanings! Heated arguments are heated not because of the contents and different points of opinions, but from our strong emotional attachments!
But, is it me giving meaning to the book, or is the book giving meaning to me and I am attaching my emotions to it's meaning?
The more information and details that I give to the book, for example, the weight, the cost, the author, the contents, the rarity, the usefulness of the contents, etc., all requires effort on my part to get these details. Because it takes effort for me to acquire information to filter out all the incorrect information and to have a reliable description of that book, this then means that I am more focused on that book. As I am more focused on that book, then, I have more emotional attachments to that book. And because I do not think that I am wasting my time in gathering accurate information of that book, I put emotions onto it! The more effort I used, the more emotional attachments I have to it! My efforts must be correct as I hardly ever make major mistakes!
So, my focus gives meaning to that book! It is not the book that gives me its meaning, but it is my experiences of gathering information and details on that book. And getting reliable and accurate information takes time, previous experiences, previous investigations and so on, requires me to make that book emotionally part of me!
The conversations I have with people depends not on them, but on myself and my focus. My meaning of life does not come from life itself, but from the meaning I give to my life.
My focus can be on millions of things, but it has been narrowed down to a select few! Of course, desires and my emotions guide my focus which then create the meanings I give to things, memories, and experiences, and interactions!

Patterns
Can you see without seeing patterns? When you open your eyes and you see the room you are in, with all the furniture, walls, and windows. Or, if you're outside and you open your eyes and you see the landscape, buildings, and people. These are all patterns that you have created from all your interactions, experiences, and memories. Can you see without having a pattern?
Can animals see patterns? Probably, as they react to certain patterns and not to others. However, do they give each pattern a certain understanding and meaning? We do, and probably they can not do!
The patterns we create, make, and use, we call them objects, words, thoughts, goals, desires, and fears. These make up our conclusion of our 3D world. Our 3D physical body, just like the animals, uses our 3D sensory organs to recognize, to create, and to interact with 3D patterns. However, to give meaning is another level requiring a vitality that is outside 3D capabilities.
The patterns we recognize now, some were not around 20 years ago, such as an iphone, others 100 years ago, such as a television, and others thousands of year ago, such as guns and steel tools, and what about new patterns 100 years from now? Were these patterns always there, but we lack the ability to recognize them?
Our ability to recognize patterns and to give them meanings is what we refer to being our conscious ability! This ability is 4D, but we mostly, like the animals, use only our 3D memories, our 3D emotional desires, and our 3D fears, to recognize patterns. As you are relying and are stuck in memories and conclusions! This is the crust that prevents our 4D inner pure essence from being free and to "experience" itself.

Static Noise
To understand your inner pure essence "experiencing" itself, one needs to comprehend what causes the brain to pick one pattern over another pattern. Fundamentally, your brain constantly receives from the sensory organs electrical-chemical signals. When you look out the window and see trees, grass, birds, people walking on the sidewalk, and so on, you are seeing patterns! These patterns are your meanings and they tell you what you are seeing. You made these patterns!
Without seeing patterns, what will you then be seeing? Briefly, static noise! Each sensory signal is static noise. Meaningless, and no different from other sensory signals. This can be compared to a television channel of only static, no pictures, and no distinguishable patterns. Every point on the screen is identical to any other point on the screen. Just static noise!
If you did not pull out patterns from a background of no patterns, what will it be like? There will be no color, no patterns of shapes, no information for size, texture, and distances. Just static noise. This is what it is inside your brain. Science can not describe what you will see inside your head without patterns. Random vibrations and waves that can not be described. We can only describe patterns. Patterns are our thoughts, observations, and descriptions. Science has no idea what this looks like. We can imagine it to be like static noise as on a television screen, but this is not what you would see inside your head if you had no colors, no shapes, no sizes, nor any other information. Can you look outside your window and not see a single pattern?
When you look inside your head, you see patterns that you have pulled out from the static noise. One pattern can be the color blue, another red, another a rectangle shape, another a circle, another a smooth texture, and so on. Inside your brain, you can only see patterns that you have created from your interactions. Otherwise, without creating and pulling out these patterns, everything will then be static noise to you.
What you view as "consciousness", is what you have successfully pulled out from this static noise. When you see a tree, you have pulled out from many previous, hundreds and thousands of interactions and memories of these patterns. You see this pattern and you call it a tree. If there was no pattern, then there is no tree. When you can not pull out patterns from this static noise, then you have no consciousness. Our consciousness is created from pulling out patterns which became our words, thoughts, ideas, actions, and decisions.
So, what is it that is doing this pulling out of patterns from this static noise background? It requires energy and vitality!

Reincarnation
If you believe in reincarnation, then, to me, this is a logical explanation for being reincarnate throughout the ages. The main assumption is that, like the Christian nativity of Jesus, each human is born with an inner pure essence that is not physical, but originates from the Source of the Universal Flow of Life.
Then at birth, this inner pure essence mysteriously enters into our 3D physical world and is held within a physical body that crystalizes into a harden crust that prevents this inner pure essence from being free. Slowly, bits of this external crust breaks away. Of course, at death the entire crust goes back into dust.
If you were born 30,000 years ago and lived in a cave, or 4,000 years ago born as a slave, or 400 years ago born into poverty and starvation, at anyone moment if you realized that you are not this physical crust of a 3D body, but this inner pure essence of all knowledge and vitality of the universe, then immediately the crust will dissolve and your inner pure essence will no longer be a captive in a physical 3D cage!
To have a belief in reincarnation does not dissolve the crust, because all beliefs are also 3D physical and are hardened, just as much as your 3D physical body with all its components and parts are hardened.
The physical 3D crust can only be dissolved by the inner pure essence who "experiences" itself. This "experiencing" of itself is this that then ends the cycle of reincarnation.
The inner essence is pure. The crust creates the illusion that it is the crust that makes all the decisions and actions. The inner pure essence has to "experience" itself and that has happened slowly throughout the past 100,000 years!

What You See
What you are able to see depends on what you know and what you know depends on what you have experienced which are patterns of neural vibrations. You limit yourself to your known world!
Imagine if a drop of water from the ocean has the identical forces and energies as the ocean. In reality, the drop of water only has a fraction of the ocean's molecular characteristics as it does not have the energies of the ocean's waves, nor all the other creatures and all the other nutrients and minerals circulating in the depth of the ocean.
So, you are this drop of the universe. You, unlike the drop of water from the ocean, have all the forces and vitalities of the Source. Then, if this is so, your perception is not complete, only that which you know. You are only able to see what you can match from previous interactions.
Growth and development is by escaping from this habit of matching your known patterns of knowledge and experiences to your next interaction! Then, if there is no matching of the old to your next interaction, then something magical you will experience, this newness of new! A fresh breeze awakens your soul!

Continuous Differences
The physical world consists of every object, all the time, are interacting with other objects and when there is an interaction, a difference is created! As a fish lives in the constant flow of water, so do we live in a constant flow of differences! So, because there are differences all the time, which one propels us to grow to the level that we are no longer in this physical world of flux, changes, and differences?
Not all differences are the same. Some people can remain at their same level of awareness and only notice the same, ordinary differences. There is nothing special they notice. Everything is common, ordinary with a boring, low level of energy! They seek distractions for them to feel a tiny hint of emotional thrill and excitement!
The real excitement and growth comes from the differences that you notice! You notice the difference, because the difference has affected you, tweaked you, and tickled your essence! With your special attention of concentration and focus, you notice the little things. These little things under a microscope becomes as large as a galaxy! These differences that you have focused on all fall into a pattern and from this pattern you begin to understand the underlying characteristics. You then take this revelation and proceed to find more differences and then these have a pattern of deeper characteristics. This is the ladder of revealing and connecting with you that lights your inner essence.

Progression
Two thousand years ago, Jesus Christ came to save humanity. The problem is, modern-like humans have been on the earth for at least 100,000 years. What about the 98,000 years before he was born? The answer is because of progression.
A simple way to understand progression is from this easy example. What you will experience now and from this moment onwards, you have already experienced the core of it, if not almost all of it already! You live in a city and you travelled to another city for the very first time. You have already experienced the core idea of a city before. This new city has some differences, different buildings, different streets, different number of people, and so on from your city, town, or village. You noticed the differences! All you were doing was adding new differences. This is the progression: experiencing more differences from what you have experienced before! This is the same with friends, family, social interactions, work environments, school environments, and every other types of situations, environments, and interactions.
Your knowledge, consciousness, and awareness are only a collection of differences! The more differences you have experienced, then the more differences you are aware of and the larger your knowledge and consciousness becomes!
But, you are not these interactions, these experiences, these memories, and all your beliefs, actions, desires, and goals. You are this energy, this pure energy that is the glue that adds, attaches, and collects these differences. At one time you had a small number of differences that you have collected and perhaps you were a simple cave person, 80,000 years ago. As you added more differences, you progressed to having more abilities. The more differences you can add to your pure energy, the more abilities you have. Perhaps this is the saving feature of humanity, a continuation of progressions!

This Is You
When you go from one place to another, or from one room to another, or from one situation to another, or from meeting another person, immediately without realizing it, you are noticing differences. This is an evolutionary built-in process for your survival. You know what is similar to you and are comfortable with it, because at one time you were exposed to it and you handled it. When something is different, it is the unknown and has the potential of harming you.
Noticing differences is a constant biological process. You meet a stranger and there is something that makes you uncomfortable, you are cautious, disturbed, but you do not know why. You just have a feeling about this new person, or this new environment, or this new situation that you find yourself in. Slowly, you brain kicks in and you analyze the situation by trying to understand and explain to yourself this disturbance that you are having.
How is this done, noticing differences without your knowledge and control? Mechanically and automatically this is done biologically! This is at the first-order level, and not at your mind level. Your mind with all the thoughts are retrieving memories and bringing these memories to view. Noticing differences is before this process.
Basically, at every second of your life, your environment interacts with your body and all these interactions react to your body. A change has happened. A great change, or an unnoticeably small, tiny change. Your body collects all these interactions and changes. They are you! You are an accumulation and creation from all these interactions.
From this long personal history of interactions, which are probably stored as a life-long wave and is always on and when you enter into a situation, new or not, this life-long wave of yours is up against this new situation's wave. A difference is automatically there! Because life is in a constant motion of changes and flux! Always different from one moment to another moment!
This is you. When you look at one of your fingers, that finger is you! All of your existence is in that finger. What could all of you do if you were just that finger. This is the same with your toes, your eyes, your mouth, and every other component of your body. Your total essence is in that toe, that finger and what can your entire total essence can do as a finger, or as a toe! Imagine what your total essence can do with all your toes, all your fingers, all your body parts, and with all your brain acting in total unity?
You are not separate from your toe, nor your finger, nor any other interaction you have with the environment. You are one, and not two! You are not the search light separate and independent from the object that the light is lighting up! That object is also you! This is you! This is the complete you!

Deciphering
We have elevated ourselves and now we are lost and confused in the forest of thoughts, words, ideas, and beliefs! We call it consciousness and created our self-image of our personal ego. But, what is actually this ability that we have elevated ourselves into?
The ability is the ability of noticing differences! We can distinguish one object from another. Have you noticed that everything is different from each other? Even one electron is different from another: not in size, but in location and in time. We have this evolutionary ability to notice changes and differences between objects. When you meet a stranger, the first things you notice are the differences between you and this stranger! You are a part of one tribe and the stranger is from another tribe or a different part of your tribe!
We use this ability to create our awareness, our consciousness, and our reality! We are stacking and attaching one difference with another and call it knowledge and awareness. A book is different from a magazine! We notice the differences and we label the two objects: book and magazine. Even within magazines, there are different magazines, and different books. This is all we are doing! Noticing differences!
Imagine you are a body without a mind and without a consciousness. Suddenly you touched fire. Your body immediately reacts in the same fundamental process when two electrons repel each other due to the electrons both having the same negative charge. This repulsion is an evolutionary function and there is no need for the body to have a mind!
Imagine you are a body without a mind and without a consciousness and you enter into a new environment. Your body reacts to it, immediately. Yes, your body does not need a conscious memory for you to seek or to avoid this environment as memory is another evolutionary and physical change that occurs in all living organisms from the one-cell to mammals! Your body has instincts which are only physical changes, similar to the negative and positive charges: either the body is attracted to, or is repulsed from this environment!
We seek stability which is basically no great differences from one environment and situation to another. We have a range of stability that we thrive in. Our social friends and family all have differences, but most of these are superficial, such as color of eyes, hair, size, shape, and so on. Depending on the situation and setting, the core values we all have are small differences: in a family setting, in a social setting with friends, in a workplace, on a sport team, in a night club, all have core values that we hold as being less different from others. We are very similar, but the differences, such as color of hair, eyes, clothes, etc. are not that important.
All our knowledge and facts are created by this ability to notice differences. All our actions, beliefs, and thoughts relate to other objects, situations, causes, and effects.
So, how do we view ourselves as being different from everyone else? Can we become one with the Source of the Universe? We are not different from each other!

The First Illusion
The first illusion is the one that started it all. It is persistent and is the foundation for what you view as your reality. Your very first illusion that makes everything real to you. It has formed your world. It is your world!
One of the essence of evolution is that every organism, from the one-cell to us, is that we seek, we need, and we thrive in a stable environment! It is the environment that shapes us. A one-cell animal in a stable environment does its routine movements and searching for food. When the environment changes, automatically the one-cell animal reacts! The environment seems to be controlling the one-cell animal. Evolution dictates that if the one-cell animal can not return back to its original stable environment, it must then adapt to survive.
We live within a range of environmental conditions that are stable for our survival. Technology enables us to extend this range of stability. Throughout the 100,000 plus years, the technology humans discovered changed our human features. Made our brains bigger, developed our jaws from eating cooked meat, and stone tools and spears developed our athletic abilities and dexterities of our fingers and hands! Still, it is the environment controlling us by making and forcing us to improve and to develop! The environment interacts with us, teaches us, and communicates with us. We are the children of the environment!
Our first illusion came from our environment. As a baby, like all other biological animals, we had this evolutionary and biological drive to live in a stable environment. Warmth, food, and water. Our intellect was not developed. As a baby, only our innate biological needs are developed for stability! Not for understanding and not for perception. Just a simple drive for stability!
We then saw our stability being handed to us by a person external to us. You saw a separation between you as a baby from the person providing you the stable environment. This illusion developed into every facet of your observations and interactions. We then see the world similar to the act of reading a book. The book is outside of me. Is external to me. Is separate from me. There is me and there is this outside world! There is me and then there is everything else! Duality!
But in fact, what we view are the vibrations vibrating inside of us. These vibrations are me! One and the same. Not two: me and everything outside of me! It is one! Only one source of vibrations! Not two!
This is the first illusion and we, as a baby, were unable to perceive this! And this illusion took hold and is still with us! We do not view the world and us as one and the same! We view two sets of vibrations: Me, as the one source of vibrations, and everything else as the other source of vibrations!
