I love masks. If there is a mask out there, I’ve probably tried it. I use masks as a form of self care, and I just generally enjoy them. Glamglow is such a popular brand for masks. Almost every celebrity uses this brand. I mean, if you haven’t heard of Glamglow are you even alive?

Today, I want to Review : Glamglows Supermud Activated Charcoal Treatment. I didn’t buy this product. I received it from Sephora as a birthday gift.

First Impressions

I didn’t know that it came with the Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer.I was pleasantly surprised about that because as you know, mud masks can dry out your skin. They put some thought into this package. I really liked the smell, it almost smelled like toothpaste, really minty.  I cleansed my face first then I applied it to my face.I left it on for about 20 mins.

The Results

It was easy to wash off. This isn’t my first time using it but it makes my skin feel less oily. My skin looks so much cleaner. I feel like it has made my face clearer, my dark spots look like they’re fading. My face feels so soft and clean.

Using the Glow moisturizer

This moisturizer is really hydrating and it makes your skin Glow. I really like it.

  The Verdict

I really like this mask. To be honest, I didn’t really expect it to do anything, as I’ve tried charcoal masks before, and they haven’t worked. I was truly pleasantly surprised by this. Would I use this again? Absolutely! Would I recommend this to anyone? Of course! What about the price? Well this costs $75 on Sephora.com which is a bit much for the small container that it comes in…. BUT… I think it’s worth the $75. It’s an amazing mask!
