This week has been ass, I ate so much from the stress of exams

Got a 1.4L drink container so I’m making green ice tea. I’m using natvia to sweeten it, and if my math is right it’s <1 cals per mL (^∀^) (I might add more sweetener in future though) I’ve made this before and I really like putting it in my drink bottle for school because it tastes so good!!!
This is inspired by ito en green tea drink because that is so good and yum. Might do other flavours of tea later (warning though peppermint is not good cold)

I recently found the motivation to make a new account after being deleted 6 months ago, and it feels SO good to be back. I’ve missed the comfort within this community. In an attempt to reconnect with people after having my account terminated, I figured I’d share my most popular post.
At the time of writing this, I’m almost an entire 10 pounds heavier than I was in this picture, but that’s what I’m here for! I worked so hard to get to that weight and I refuse to let myself lose my progress.
