Ofc we b flexing with the energy drankss. My literal water. I finally cleaned up my room. Not very well 💀 but like ya know, I do feel productive. Tell me why I forgot grilled cheeses existed. I made one for lunch yesterday and it was 🤌🏼 I think I might go make a protein coffee with matcha today. Hmm.
Lil rant:
My bf keeps telling me I need to put on weight, and that I’ve lost a lot which like, is valid. He’s definitely brought it up a few times and had to ask our roommate what I’ve been eating. (While he was away for a week) He also he took a photo of me literally just standing the other day. 🤳🏼🕴🏻He’s like never done that??? So I wonder if he took it to keep tabs on me, idk seemed veryyy peculiar…
though my fitness regime isn’t over yet, 🥦👟🤸🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️I’d like to start going to Pilates. I heard my roommate talking to her friend bout going.🦧🦧🦧🦧today I woke up at 103🫶🏻

I had some peach tea and water. I usually don't eat in the morning anyway so it was pretty chill.
12:13 pm - lunch: 300 kcal ꒰ didn't finish ꒱
2 tbs of rice, 2 small pieces of chicken and 100g of steamed garlic potatoes. I felt like a pig after eating this, it isn't that much food but it looked like a lot in the plate and i hate that. I also did some cardio ꒰ dancing ꒱

18:57 pm - dinner: 195 kcal
two small pieces of chicken and two tbs of rice, i ended up only eating one piece and a half cause i felt horrible lol. I feel a little weak so i kind of forced myself to eat the rice. I will try to eat less tomorrow.

Okay this was pre room cleaning I swear. I didn’t dirty it within like two days, although I would do something like that. AHA.
It’s currently 9:30 and I have an exam at 12:00… no I’m not up early. I PULLED AN ALL NIGHTER CRAMMING. loooolll help. I’m laying in bed rn trying to decide if I should try and sleep for an hour at least or just say fuck it and go. I’m not sleepy at all only because yesterday I finished an exam at 12 and came home and slept till 6pm. Idk what to do yet. Bleh. After this exam, I’ll have one essay to do then I’ll be free from academic stress for the summer. Oh how wonderful that will be.

I promise I’ll do that 30 day thing sometime really soon HAHA. bear with me. 🐻 😬

day 3:
- had black coffee and watched girl interrupted <3
- also had protein coffee low kcal
-accidentally bought chocolate milk instead protein shake kms so i didnt drink it
- had vegetable broth ( they came in little blocks so i made them in water and its 100ml-5 kcal)

today sent SHIT 😇 had a math test during the afternoon so I skipped my first two classes and uuuughhrrggg
someone please lock me in a room and throw away the key.
Breakfast: ~ 200
- 1/2 banana, coconut flakes, milk, coffee
Lunch/midday gluttony: ~ 820
- 1 tosca bun (like a cinnamon bun but with almond and carmel filling), two oat and chocolate cookies, punch-roll (like a cake pop but cylindrical and coated in marzipan + different flavor)
Dinner: ~ 490
- Steak, spinach salad, potato wedges, pesto dressing, asparagus + diet coke
Snack 1&2: ~ 450
- another punch-roll
- mango sherbet, mini bun, bacon chips, grapes
TOTAL: ~1950 in, ~320 out + 1,5 L water
mannnn today sucked both food and school-wise. I’m happy that I met with my friends tho
