Fasted for nearly 48 hours but I’m losing motivation 💔 I don’t wanna break until the 72 hour mark
My only intake has been coffee and soda, so barely any cals. I’m now 102.5lbs so I’ve dropped a few which I’m pretty happy about. And now I’m actually eating pretty healthy (when I do lmao) over junk food so that’s good.
Remember to stay hydrated!!

My diet today:
-breakfast~skipped
-snacks~ two small chocolates -about 150 calories together-(I forgot I was fasting and feel really guilty)
-lunch~skipped
-dinner~planning to skip
I’m both proud and ashamed of myself. I ate two small chocolates without thinking it over which made me shameful, but when I was checking the calories on the box I resisted the urge to eat another. I also skipped a lunch I was semi interested in eating. It made me feel accomplished.
Remember to drink water and don’t give up! ^^

Currently fasting/ not eating as often as I can. I always thought being filled with fatty foods felt good but starving feels even better somehow. It’s been 24 hours and I’m gonna try for another 24 ^^ then break. My stomachs starting to hurt but it’s what I deserve.
I admit I had the smallest amount of food (two spoonfuls of chicken soup) because I had to at family dinner. Any tips on how to get rid of food/bin it when you have to eat with people? ^^

I suffer body dysmorphia and my Ed is for self control and body image as I binge eat too many unhealthy foods. I’m already average (slither above) weight for my age/height but I just want to be thinner.
