Not me at 11pm working on a new novel instead of working on the other one just so I can write basically a self insert who has chronic nightmares and they become real. Like transgender bisexual main chara who is comforted by his genderfluid sleep paralysis demon and they fall in love??? Can't stop me now. Watch... as soon as I get a specific diagnosis for something I will be slamming out a novel about a heavily misrepresented mental illness and I will not be stopped. I don't care if it doesn't sell well... it will exist.

Original Work: Memoria Snippet

Here is the opening to Chapter 1 that I felt like sharing.

There was a specific feeling - indescribable and intangible - that bloomed and pervaded those who came to this place. The myriad of umber, sienna, and ochre hanging in desperation to their branches. Clinging to their last vestiges of life before fluttering down in a spiral to the softened earth creating a sharp crunch underneath Nell's boot. Some found the sensation relaxing, there was solace in nature and the passing seasons, but others saw it to be a reminder of the inevitable. All things die out in a way but as Nell saw it, the leaves that crumbled underneath her feet would soon become mulch and propagate new life. Perhaps here, where she would discard her past, she could find fertilizer for her future.

Outlining will definitely be your best bet. Planning can help you keep on track. I usually do a synopsis, idea list, and then do an outline scene by scene to keep track of everything.

Original Work: Memoria Snippet

TW Death

Everything stopped. Another snowflake did not fall. The wind ceased to blow. Time halted forever as the life had of the boy before her. Blue kissed his lips as if he were winter’s sacrificial bride. His chest was painted in watercolors of violet and red. Something that should have been hands, but the angles were all wrong, reached through layers of white as if desperately trying to grasp the sun that would never shine.

Stranger Things Fic WIP

Eddie was a runner. He had been his entire life, maybe not in the physical sense, but emotionally? He was faster than anyone. At the first sign of danger, of problems, Eddie couldn’t help but run. There was probably something to analyze there, but it wasn’t 3 a.m. and he was one-hundred percent sober… unfortunately.

Oh. what he would give for a joint right now. Hell, he’d even suck a guy's dick if he was being honest. Anything to numb out the memories, to numb out whatever hell reality has become. Eddie had thought the Hellfire club shirts were funny when he organized the club, but now, it didn’t seem too far off. 

Hell. That’s what this had to be. Is it possible to outrun hell?

That had been his initial plan, when he first saw Chrissy lifting into the air, contorting at all the wrong angles until her eyes were ripped inside of her skull. That was a sight that he could never forget, but that wouldn’t stop him from trying. And try he did.

It was a little ironic, that now it was all he could think about. The one thing holding him steady in the torrential downpour of demonic bat fuckers. Chrissy,
