Psychotic People are Harassed and Bullied for Their Disability.

Most normal people aren’t even aware that this is a thing. There was a bad instance of it at one of my jobs. I had a delusion that my coworkers thought was comical. So much so that they felt the need to coerce me into talking about it in front of other coworkers (I didn’t have any reason to bring it up without being led in that direction). A select few decided to make a game out of how many times they could coerce me into bringing it up in a day. It reached a point where it was literally all I talked about. It wound me up in the hospital.

You may have heard of this game called “wake up”. It’s when assholes work as a team to spontaneously say “wake up!” to you throughout the day in an attempt to make you believe you’re in some sort of coma. A good friend of mine with schizophrenia was driven into an episode over “wake up”. If any schizos reading this ever hears people say “wake up” to you, ignore it and never talk to who said it to you.

Similarly, there’s this thing people do online and irl where they pretend to be a person trying to reach you while you are in a coma kind of like the movie Total Recall. This too has hospitalized schizophrenic people.

Everyone knows “I’m in your walls” by now or should. It gets people banned from mental health forums, but society won’t look down on people for doing it that way they would if another marginalized group was targeted.

Shit happens at the very facilities psychotic people go to be treated. One tech lady, upon being asked not to touch me, would reach out and touch me each time she said, " I'm not going to touch you". She wasn't checking vitals or anything. Just a sadistic head game she wanted to play.

All of this is so frequent that I could write about it every day and never run out of material. Any other psychotic person could as well. I know because when I share a story with my crazy friends, they always have a similar one. Awareness should be raised about how commonplace and damaging all of this bull shit is.

Is it just me or does the hatred of artists by AI sloppers feel like they just ate up the biggest astroturf campaign by AI companies? The way they use phrases like "democratizing art", which wasn't an actual thing before artists started pushing back against the AI machine, it just sounds like a parrot repeating words that it doesn't understand. Nobody actually complained about "pretentious artists hoarding knowledge" until AI corporations started to sell their products to greedy, lazy people who just want instant gratification without putting any effort.

One of the things I think about often is how much I hear on this website positive affirmations. People will say “you are loved, you have to survive this, we need to stand together, we deserve love”. But the moment you dare to disagree with something this crowd believes, those positive affirmations become “kill yourself, I hope you die, get raped, I hope you get cancer” and so on and so forth.

These people even tend to turn on their own groups, should anyone in that group fall out of line with the status quo. It’s sort of cult-like. They bring you in with the language of love and acceptance, and then conform your mind to think and believe as their hive mind does. Should you step out of line, you are attacked and ousted from the community. The once words of tolerance and acceptance become knives and venom. And much like any cult, should you ever stray from the path you are set on, you become the pound of flesh used to keep the movement alive.

To many people, you only matter if you agree with them. Should you not, you are trash.

Honestly porn addicts are so predatory.

They're like the drug addicts they always warned us about in school that would "offer you free samples and pressure you into trying it", only nobody is going to give away drugs for free.

But porn addicts have nothing to lose. In fact it's an opportunity for supply. They get off at the very idea of an unwilling participant.

Anywhere I make it known that I don't draw NSFW art or that I choose not to willingly enter NSFW spaces, there's always SOMEONE crying "but whyyyy nooootttt! It's sooo goooood!" "we don't reeeeally do that bad of things!" until they flat out start insulting me for being a "prude".

And I'm an adult now. But this happened when I was a minor too.

Many of the MMOs I've played have designated 18+ areas, which I've always avoided. But there were ALWAYS people trying to pressure me to go to them, even when they knew I was only 16.

I had a toxic "friend" one time who not only did that often, but one time tricked me into watching an art livestream she insisted was "safe", and of course when I clicked it, it was graphic porn.

Porn turns people into such awful creatures.

And now that it's normalized, they can call us morally wrong too when we object to being coerced or forced into nonconsensual activities.

Bring back kinkshaming.
