It was so fucking hard honestly, but I made it. Almost relapsed a few times but that's fine, I managed to get through the urges.

Back in the psych ward, had a team meeting where they told me they will give me new meds most likely, now I am waiting for individual therapy

I was happy my teacher attachment was over but I got attached to my psychiatrist after she hugged me🥲
