kdrama 004 // behind your touch

Mag tatapos na tong kdrama na to ngayong sabado pero gusto ko parin e recommend to kase maganda sya para sakin. Siguro ito yung favorite kdrama ko this year 🤣 As a pet lover ang masasabi ko lang is mabuti na lang talaga yun yung episode 1 nila kase kung iba yung story sa episode 1 baka di ko na pinagpatuloy kase medyo na bored at na cornyhan ako nong episode 1. Pero try nyo panuorin guys, bigyan nyo ng chance kase maganda talaga to at ang funny lalo na kung napanood nyo yung "twenty-five twenty-one" kase ginawan nila ng parody. Available pala to sa netflix at sa mga walang netfix, sa dramacool ako nanunuod. Download lang kayo ng brave browser tas dun kayo manuod para wala masyadong pop-up ads.

Quick review / ratings ng mga pinoy movies na napanuod ko sa netflix recently

Hello, universe — maganda naman yung message ng movie pero kung e rarate ko yung movie as a whole siguro nasa 5/10. Medyo na bored ako sa flow ng movie at di ko ma appreciate yung humor.

Partners in crime — maganda yung message ng movie pero e rarate ko sya ng 5.5/10. Di ko rin na appreciate yung humor ng movie. It's the typical pinoy movie na malalaman mo na kung ano yung flow ng movie at kung sino yung villain.

Labyu with an accent — na appreciate ko yung acting skill ni ms. Jodi Sta. Maria at yung pagka charming ni Coco Martin. Okay naman yung story pero same parin ng mga nakasanayan na pinoy movies. Sorry ha? Pero parang beginner pa ata nag sulat ng story. I'll rate this movie 6/10 kase medyo cringey rin.

Family history — pasado sakin yung story at medyo okay yung mga plot twists. Para sakin ito yung standard na pinoy movie kaya i'll rate this 7/10. Yung humor naman di ko masyadong na appreciate. Kung e cocompare ko sa ibang movies from this post, siguro pwede na, mga 6/10 for the humor.

Pinoy movie 001 // Ngayon Kaya

Kakatapos ko lang panuorin yung movie nila janine gutierrez at paulo avelino na "ngayon kaya". Parang kaka release lang ata sa netflix yung movie na yun.

Story:

Indie film ba ito? Pang indie film kase yung story kase ang ganda talaga. Yung tipong may hugot, parang "boring" pero deep yung atake.

Cinematography:

Isa to sa mga pinoy films na naganda ako sa cinematography like ang ganda lang talaga. Yung color grading ang ganda rin. Kung e rarate ko ito i'll give this 9/10

Music:

Ang ganda rin ng choice of music nila nagkataon pa talaga na trending yung jopay by mayonnaise these days. Pero di ko masyadong na appreciate yung pagkanta ni paulo like i'm sorry 😭 pero sige pwede na 😅

Actors:

Janine gutierrez ang galing mo as always. Si paulo rin magaling pero si janine talaga like kakastart lang ng movie like 1/4 palang ng movie ramdam ko na emotion nya. The whole movie ang sakit sa dibdib yung kahit di ka makaiyak pero parang punong puno yung puso mo.

Realization after watching the movie:

● what if? — kung gusto mo talaga na wala kang pagsisihan, take a risk. Madalas na pinagsisisihan ng tao is yung mga bagay na di nila ginawa.

● gusto mo ang isang tao? mahal mo na? sabihin mo sa kanya kahit ano pa yung outcome. Pag binaon mo, there's a chance tutubo pa yan at mag roroot pa, mas lalalim pa yan.

● may nabasa ako na "don't expect what you can't communicate"; tama naman. Sabi nila "action speaks louder than words" pero minsan kailangan mo rin sabihin yung nararamdaman mo, di sapat na actions lang.

● ang hirap kalimutan ng first/greatest love. Yung tipong kahit andami mo nang na meet na iba't ibang tao may special spot talaga sa puso mo yung first/greatest love mo.

● sa totoong buhay ang hirap talaga mag mahal pag hindi kayo same ng estado ng buhay. Yung tipong mayaman sya tas ikaw hindi. Minsan na sasacrifice yung family natin dahil may minamahal tayo. Yung mga needs ng family natin hindi na paprioritize kase mas inuuna natin yung isang taong mahal natin. Please lang unahin natin yung family natin lalo na pag supportive sila satin at malaki rin yung sinacrifice nila satin. Siguro maiintindihan nila kung ano man maging desisyon natin pero deserve nilang unahin kesa sa ibang tao kase sila yung legit na nasa tabi natin in good times at bad times (except dun sa may toxic family 😅)

● after everything na pinanuod ko na realize ko na "kung kayo talaga edi kayo talaga" kase diba yung iba nga kahit andami nang nangyari sa buhay nila tas sila parin yung nagkatuluyan. Pero syempre malaki parin yung chance na mag work lalo na pag nag take action ka. Sa mga di pinalad jan, masasabi mo na lang na bawi na lang sa next life 😅

Pero maiba ako, diba medyo confusing yung last part? What if bumalik si harold kay AM at di na tumuloy sa flight nya? Siguro mas mabuti na tinuloy na nya yung flight nya at tapusin yung relationship nya sa fiance nya kase diba his fiance deserves better. Pag nalaman ni girl pinaggagawa ni harold while nasa philippines edi masasaktan yun ng sobra. Do the right thing harold. Dami mo ng sinaktan 😂✌🏻 pero seriously mas mabuti talaga na tumuloy si harold sa canada and break up with his fiance and work on himself, mag move on. Ito yung ultimate lesson from the film na "pag di pa tayo tapos sa past natin, wag muna mag commit sa iba."

kdrama 003 // tomorrow

Kakatapos lang ng kdrama na'to pero i'd still like to recommend it sa mga di pa nakakanood kase sobrang ganda talaga nito 😍 siguro isa to sa kdrama na tatatak talaga sakin kahit lumipas ang ilang taon. Sa mga di pa nakakanood nito, watch na kayo guys available sa netflix and maybe sa other sites.

Ito summary:

Choi Jun-woong (Rowoon) is a young job seeker who is unable to secure a job. Through an accident, he meets the grim reapers Koo Ryeon (Kim Hee-sun) and Lim Ryung Gu (Yoon Ji-on) who have the task of preventing suicide, and works with them as the youngest contract worker in the crisis management team of death angels.

Annyeong mga kapwa kdrama addicts 🤗 charot di naman ako masyadong addict talaga 😂 so ito may bagong kdrama na naman every monday and tuesday 🥳 bida sina ahn hyo seop, kim se jeong, kim min kyu, at seol in ah. Nanibago ako sa itsura ni ahn hyo seop kase huli ko syang napanood sa abyss pa. Napanood ko na yung episode 1 kanina at ang daming tawa at kilig ko sa kdrama na ito hahaha 🤣 manood na kayo guysss ohh ito plot:

Shin Ha-ri (Kim Se-jeong) goes on a blind date in disguise as her friend with the goal of 'getting rejected' by her friend’s prospective partner. But plans go awry when he turns out to be Kang Tae-mu (Ahn Hyo-seop) – CEO of Ha-ri's company and he makes a proposal.

Since the beginning of 2022 puro nood lang ng movies at series inatupag ko. Well, actually simula talaga nong bumalik yung kuryente namin 😅 (nawalan kase ng kuryente dahil sa bagyong odette)

Gala 001 // food trip

Last Sunday (oct. 17) nagkita ulit kami ng college friends ko. It took 5 years talaga kase after graduation di na kami nagkita for some personal reasons and issues. Hopefully masundan pa pagkikita namin kase medyo busy na sila (yes, sila lang kase ako hindi hahaha)

• mani mogo korean restaurant with daega

short review: sobrang sarap ng foods nila dito at sulit talaga yung ₱399

• southscape — the market shed

short review: maraming food stalls dito na pwedeng pagpilian from pinoy foods, american, japanese, at indian. Meron rin mga drinks gaya ng milkteas, fruit shakes/juices, at alcoholic drinks. Mas mainam na 5:30 pm kayo pumunta dito kase pag medyo late na nagkakaubosan na ng mauupuan sa sobrang dami ng tao.
