About Deadrose Compound.

There are 8 distinct places within Deadrose Compound, each will be summarized here and any additional information will be in a separate post. Deadrose Compound’s dynamics and history will not be gone over in detail here, but may be referenced.

About the Compound:

Deadrose compound is a 19 building community deep within thick woods that border a large city. The compound is private land surrounded by stone walls, thick and around 40 feet tall. The walls are solid, not hollow. There is a single entrance to the inside of the compound, and a dirt road that leads from it to the highway into the city. The primary purpose of the compound is to house anything/anyone that Adeline Rose has chosen to “keep” for whatever reason, and Slenderman brings there for her. She often chooses targets that have nowhere else to go, and offers them security and safety in her compound. The compound as a whole seems to be entirely undetectable by the rest of the world, likely by Slenderman’s reality-warping powers.

There is little known of Deadrose Compound’s origins or history, but it is confirmed that Adeline Rose founded it with the help of Slenderman (making them the owners/executives of the compound). The compound’s history has been covered up or destroyed entirely, if recorded at all.

Deadrose Manor:

The Deadrose Manor is the largest building, where the compound executives reside. Only the compound executives may enter the middle and top floors, making it a complete mystery for all inhabitants other than executives to know what’s actually up there at all. Inhabitants that attempt to go up there learn they are physically incapable of opening the doors to the stairwell that leads there, and it’s well known that there are punishments for inhabitants that break this rule to stay out of the top two floors. However, the bottom floor is accessible to the inhabitants and holds many rooms including offices, guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and even a jail section with 10 concrete cells.

Recreation Center:

The recreation center is a very large house with 3 floors (ground floor, second floor, basement) that is well-kept and bright. It is where most inhabitants go to socialize, but other things can be done there. There’s a gym in the basement, a well-ventilated painting and craft room, a kitchen with a walk-in fridge and freezer, a dining room, some bathrooms, a couple lounges, a TV room, and a couple rooms dedicated to storage. Its ground floor also has a medium-sized indoor pool with lockers for towels and the like.

Medical Center:

An identical building in structure to the Recreation Center, instead of being decorated and designed for comfort and socialization has been made into a makeshift hospital. The ground floor is used for direct medical care and has rooms for surgery, checkup and sterilization for the medical staff. The top floor is used for in-patient care and other necessary rooms. There is an elevator that is connected to the outside of the building that makes it possible to get to the second floor without walking up the stairs. The basement is converted into two sections, a laboratory with a surgery room, and a morgue. This is used by some inhabitants to keep corpses or human body parts for whatever purpose they want (often cannibalization).

Inhabitant Housing:

The Inhabitant Housing area is a group of 12 houses in a clearing between the Medical Center and the Parking lot. Each house is a shared space for up to 3 inhabitants, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, an attic for storage, and a basement for storage and laundry. The houses are identical in layout, and each have electricity. Inhabitants are not expected to pay rent, but does have a minimum requirement of keeping their home and the compound clean and well-kept. Giving up or refusing any operative duties is grounds for eviction which includes getting killed by a proxy.

Proxy Housing:

The Proxy Housing area is a group of 4 houses just across from the Inhabitant Housing. Each house is for one proxy, and has two bedrooms (one larger than the other), a bathroom, a kitchen/dining room, a living room, an attic for storage, and a basement for laundry and storage. The houses are almost identical to the Inhabitant Housing homes, except a bit smaller with less rooms. All Proxy Houses are identical in layout and have electricity just as the Inhabitant Housing.

Proxies are expected to keep the other inhabitants in line with their duties (with the exception of proxies with Watchovers. A proxy's watchover cannot be ordered by the proxy they are assigned to). They are also expected to uphold their own duties and keep their home and the compound clean and well-kept just as other inhabitants. Giving up, fighting against or refusing to perform proxy duties is grounds for the executives to evict you in a much more brutal fashion than any other inhabitant.

Mudrot Pond:

Mudrot pond is by all means a natural looking pond with reeds and cattails, as well as some clear banks and a dingy boat that sits on the side of the largest clear bank for all inhabitants to use if they want. Turtles, fish, and bugs made the pond home. The bottom of the pond goes undisturbed by inhabitants who don’t want to get stuck or covered in thick, slimy mud, making it an ideal home for shy and freshwater aquatic wildlife.

The pond is held as a quiet, almost sacred place. The pond is known to have a thick fog surrounding it after dark during Summer, so thick you’d wonder if you could cut it with a knife. It freezes over solid enough to jump on in the Winter as well, which makes it a place to skate on or simply exist in the middle of the pond without the dingy. It’s common knowledge to never disrespect the pond with litter, corpses, or anything of the like. To keep the pond natural and clean of waste is a rule that is highly enforced by Slenderman.

Parking lot and Entrance:

The Parking lot is mostly filled by unused, old, or broken down cars. But some of them are used by inhabitants. The inhabitants are expected to take care of their vehicles and not overflow parking onto the road up to the entrance, or off the parking lot in general. The Entrance is the only place in the walls that you can get through, and has a large portcullis above it that no inhabitant has any recollection of closing even once. Regardless, it's formidable and intimidating, due to the blood often dripping from its spikes and the fact it has the ability to lock all inhabitants inside the compound at any time.

If I know anything it's that I love a good polyamorous ship. And nobody (NOBODY) can stop me from shipping TicciJack and TicciWork simultaneously (TicciJackWork my beloved).

However there is something I haven't been telling you. I've had a character for a long time now named Jade Halloway, whom I have religiously shipped with EJ for years now. And since I have the DRC AU now, I really want Jade a part of it.

So please welcom... whatever the hell this ship is??? TicciJ2Work??? Here's the dynamics:

Toby and EJ are dating.

EJ is also dating Jade.

Toby is also dating Clockwork.

In terms of sleeping accomidations (not what they do during the day), mostly Jade and EJ stay together and Toby and Clocky stay together.

Although it is tradition that Toby and EJ spend the weekend nights (Friday to Sunday nights) together in Toby's room and Clockwork and Jade go for girl's night. Toby and EJ both have wondered if there's feelings between them. There isn't, Jade and Clock are just friends.

A little about Jade, she is quite relaxed and kind. Very quiet and shy towards most. And my fucking God the more you talk to her the more you'll understand why she fits in with this group of freaks because she has the most unhinged (but also totally based) takes. "I'm not saying cannibalism is moral necessarily, I'm saying that it's a great way to fix a food shortage. In the process we could cull the billionaires and white supremacists."

Toby and Clocky dated first, and Jade got with EJ awhile after. Clocky and Jade were pals, so one night they were chatting and it got brought up that Toby and EJ act a certain way with each other. They decided they were gonna support it if the two wanted to be in a relationship, and Toby nearly had an aneurysm hearing it from Clocky. EJ flat out thought Jade was pranking him (she never pranks anyone and he hates getting pranked so it didn't make sense but y'know.) A few days of Toby and EJ avoiding each other like dumbasses and Clocky and Jade eventually got their stupid boyfriends to go on a date. Which lead to Toby being stolen away to EJ's house for 2 weeks until Jade and Clocky were like "I think EJ kidnapped him" and they went to check on Toby LMAO (Toby was in fact kidnapped but these people are insane so it was okay and Jade had a talk with EJ about sharing with Clocky.)

"Aroaces can date and/or have sex still!"

Not the aspecs in my fucking AU (half joke but also kinda serious)!! Because aroaces need more representation in fandoms that don't fall back on that excuse just to make them kiss and fuck, I made some aroaces and aspec representation in my AU. Time to talk about Nurse Ann and my OC Valentino Romano! I also call him Val. They are both aroace, and Nurse Ann is also afamilial. They are best friends!

Nurse Ann is medical staff in Deadrose Compound, and spends a lot of time working. Val often drops by and keeps her company or makes her take breaks once in awhile. Nurse Ann is a very rough around the edges woman, and nobody's quite sure how Val puts up with her. She isn't sure either, but Val likes her he thinks she's clever and driven. Val is a tailor and craftsman, he fixes clothes and makes or repairs masks, and anything of the sort. Nurse Ann learned to cross stitch just so she could do something with a needle and thread too while he sews. Val really likes that she has a keen eye for detail, it helps in her work and his alike.

Val and Nurse Ann once kissed so that Val could get $50 from Jeff. Nurse Ann had never kissed anyone before and Val joked and said she was so bad at it that she's the real reason he's sex/romance repulsed. Which isn't true and they both know it, he was aroace all his life, but it got a laugh from Nurse Ann. They split the $50 evenly, though Val did joke that he should get more due to her "traumatizing him with her facial proximity". She argued the same back.

Jeff being so far from aroace it hurts, had previously thought they were secretly dating. Until he watched them awkwardly kiss and then make faces like they'd just eaten the gunk under an oven. He knows better now.

I should be working on getting more info posts up but in this AU Lyra is a ghost and my mind is just thinking about Toby seeing Lyra again and crying SO HARD and Lyra reassuring him that she never left and never stopped loving him and supporting him.... I'm not crying you're crying...

YEAH,, I don't have Zalgo in my AU but that's just because I don't know much about him. One day I'll hit my Zalgo phase and add him in probably lol.

But I got the mentally ill humans, ghosts, proxies, entities, monsters, and big ole Slenderman running the show!! Love the creepypasta mansion AU!! I changed mine from mansion to "compound with a mansion in it" but y'know close enough!!

I'm going be real with you guys, I LOVE the Creepypasta mansion AU. It's so weirdly interesting to just think of this creepy mansion in the woods with different entities, monsters, ghosts, extremely mentally ill humans, with a big tall pale man ruling it all. I also really like the idea of Zalgo against Slenderman too with them always fighting all the time. I'm sorry but it's just too cool and nostalgic and I don't plan on changing my mind. 😭

Inhabitants of Deadrose Compound.

There are 5 distinct types of inhabitants in the Deadrose Compound, and here I’m going to go over each one of them!!

Executives: Executives are the owners and controllers of Deadrose Compound, and everything as well as everyone inside of it. Executives are feared if you have half a mind, and even if many inhabitants don’t express that fear, a healthy amount of it is there.

Current number of Executives: 2 Slenderman, Adeline Rose

Proxies: Proxies are the beings that live in the compound, that Slenderman has claimed as his puppets in order to carry out whatever he needs done outside the compound. Tasks are varied and unpredictable, uncommonly some tasks may be ones that keep the compound organized, but most tasks include murder and torture so that Slenderman may feed off the dark energy that the act gives off.

Current number of Proxies: 4 Timothy Wright, Brian Thomas, Kate Milens, Tobias Rogers

Operatives: Operatives are beings with specific jobs that live within the compound. They may have a range of different titles, but some examples are Medical Staff that treat any injury or illness that inhabitants may have, and Watchovers whose job it is to keep track of and care for a specific inhabitant due to a range of reasons.

Current number of Operatives: 10 Lyra Rogers, Natalie Oullette, Jackson Nyras, Ann Mia, Benjamin Lawman, Louis Woods, Rowan Beck, Kiara Lovesin, Valentino Romano, Calliope Quinnell

Tenants: Tenants are beings without any specific job or role within the compound, but who have still been directly invited to stay by an executive for any number of reasons. Tenants often take odd chores within the compound to keep it clean and functional.

Pets: Pets are not always your typical dog or cat. A pet is a being that is brought to Deadrose Compound by an inhabitant, and an executive has allowed them to stay given that the inhabitant oversees, takes care of and is responsible for them like they would be to a pet.

Some characters I didn’t include because I didn’t know how to, or didn’t know the character that well, or what have you. Doesn’t mean I don’t like the character lmao. OCs of mine will be included in the AU, and they will show up in stories and the like that I write (if I ever end up writing any lol) and I’ll talk about them a lot too.

Note that “(<number> alters)” being next to a name is there to note how many individuals are in each DID/OSDD system in this AU, as I headcanon those characters with actual DID/OSDD systems. The “(+symbiote)” is there similarly to identify a creature that clings to the character as its own being, not making the character a system but making them kind of be two characters in one.

This is just a blog for us (main blog is @sillyguystrawb, read our pinned post to know more about us) to talk about our Creepypasta / Slenderverse AU called “Deadrose Compound AU” (or the “DRC AU”). We are 22, call us Berry and use they/them pronouns!

The Deadrose Compound AU isn’t a story focused on one person, it’s just the name for the world we’ve made to house all our versions of CRP/Slenderverse characters, and put them in our own version of “Slender Mansion” because it’s a cute concept that we loved as a kid. Please note the characters won’t be 100% canon compliant, but we will try our best to pay respect to the canon characters with them.

We also delve into deep dark topics with this AU which is to be expected, as this is a fandom based around murderers and horror media… but we will put a disclaimer that we do not share all the opinions and beliefs that the characters have, and we may outright disagree with the characters. They are not perfect people, trust me.
