Hi! I really loved your story! I really wanted to know though! What kind of ideas did you have for if/when Bill tries to possess Steven? A gem's mind and body are kind of super intertwined, so would Steven's, like, "spirit" get forced out like Dipper's did? Would Pink Steven Himself make an appearance? Honestly, I just really like Angery™ Steven so any excuse for him to be so is alright with me. He never gets to be angry in canon, barring that fight with Jasper, and we know how that went.

My idea was actually, instead of a possession, they were going to fuse! Sort of like a malachite situation, with Bill being so unbelievably dominant that there’s barely any Steven left. In fact, he Meant to possess Steven but they fused instead because Steven’s spirit is attached to his gem so he can’t really force it out. So yeah it was gonna be a lot more difficult to hide the fact that something was going on and his plan gets derailed a little with all these new thoughts and feelings and it basically becomes this story of Bill fighting with Steven for control. Eventually Steven wins and forces Bill out of the fusion, but for a while it’s pretty intense and frightening.

GOING ON HIATUS

Sorry to disappoint anyone who was waiting for the next content, but this au is going on hiatus.

WHY- My mental health took a bit of a nose dive recently and I've been struggling with motivation. I want to focus on bettering it and hopefully rediscovering my passion for this au.

WHEN WILL THIS COME BACK- I'm honestly not sure, maybe never. I really love this au and I had so many ideas but I can't seem to write anything down.

WILL YOU STILL BE ACTIVE ON TUMBLR- Yes, I decided to devote my energy to answering any questions about the story people had. I’m kinda curious as to what the long version of the dream sequence in Ch 7 involved

I wanted Steven to be slightly more invested with the whole Drama involving headhunters- Since that's the episode that's revolving around him- So originally he was going to compile like a Theory Board similar to what he's seen in movies to try and figure out Why Stan was so upset. However, he doesn't really know how it all works so it's mostly just random points and stuff. Anyway Bill was gonna he his partner in crime, since Steven figured since Bill was So Interested in the town he'd want to help. (Little does He know, Bill Doesn't) so Bill instead mentions he found a link through Steven he wants to try, (Read; Possesion) but in order for it to work, Steven has to remain in the mindscape.

And then the rest of the chapter was gonna be a series of cuts between Bill messing with the Pines (since not all chapters will be in Steven's perspective, which you guys will see Soon) as 'Steven' or Billven, which is what I call the possession an then Steven Completely unaware and coming up with wacky and ridiculous theories.

I cut this mainly bc the whole Theorising thing doesn't really make sense with Steven's character and it felt a little Too early for Bill to possess Steven.

Aaaanyway, sorry for the long rant but I hope this answered your question!

The first outfit is what Steven wore in the dream sequence with Bill, which was originally gonna be a lot longer, but I cut it down. The second outfit is what he wears during the day, which i think is Steven’s attempt at high fashion. Is he successful?
