New Post has been published on http://delesdiary.com/2020/10/entrepreneurial-attributes-to-impart-on-children-while-working-from-home-as-a-ceo/
Entrepreneurial Attributes to Impart on Children While Working from Home as A CEO
CEO and Children
By working from home as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while your children are around, it is best to deliberately let them know that you do more than talking on phone or work at the computer through the way you set strategic goals, lead a meeting or run business operations from home. You can also exhibit to them what it means to set targets, set boundaries, handle difficult situations and communicate effectively.
Forming a good work ethics at childhood has been proven to produce success as an adult. Do not wait till the future to start teaching your children how to build strong work ethics; there are plenty of skills and attributes you can cultivate today which can contribute to their future success.
Some of the attributes you can impart on your children as CEO or Entrepreneur of a company are:
Entrepreneurial Spirit: There is no better person to teach kids or children about entrepreneurship than an entrepreneurial or CEO parent. As often as possible, the children should be nurtured to thirst for knowledge by finding activities that offer a sense of discovery, either in a structured or unstructured environment. The children should be allowed to delve into subjects or topics that can encourage their curiosity. As CEO or entrepreneur, the children should be allowed to attend entrepreneurial events (when on holidays), attend mentorship and internship programs or introduced to people or business development experts that can create business out of their passion.
2. Encourage Team Spirit: Let your children know that you work in a team and as a team player the corporate goal comes before emotions or sentiments in a corporate setting. Children should be made to realize that when you work as a team you achieve more.
3. Decision Making Abilities: Children should learn how to make good decisions as early in life as possible because children become overwhelmed by too many choices. As a CEO working from home whilst the children are around, encourage them to narrow down the options to two or three, thereafter a final decision can be made. Teach your children to weigh the pros and cons of each option in order to make the most informed decision possible. This will help them to make correct decisions in everyday life.
4. Delegation: Let the kids know that as CEO, your office requires you to delegate roles to members of your team as you cannot perform all the roles in the company. To effectively delegate roles or functions, the right person must be assigned to task that he or she can best perform. The children must be made aware that there are consequences or reward for staff base on their performances on their job.
5. Teach Project Planning Skills: Let your children know that every project or task have lifecycle, timeline and personnel to executive the project. Talk about the need for brainstorming section, documentation, project supervision and meeting deadlines.

HNWIs, UHNWIs and Billionaires Explained
Delesdiary
According to Capgemini, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) are defined as those having investable assets of $1 million (USD) or more in highly liquid assets, excluding primary residence, collectibles, consumables, and consumer durables. The highly liquid assets are cash and cash equivalents. The cash equivalents are Banker’s Acceptance, Commercial Papers, Treasury Bills and other investment that mature within three months.
With a liquid net worth of between $5 million to $30 million, such people are regarded as Very High Net Worth Individuals (VHNWIs).
The Ultra High Net Worth Individuals has liquid assets of $30 million and above. There are over 300,000 UHNWIs in the world
A billionaire is a person with a net wealth of a billion dollars. Billionaires make up a small and very elite club of powerful men and women in the world, who control enormous sums of money and its accompanying power and influence. The numbers of billionaires globally are over 2,000.
With the volatility of the Nigeria Naira compared with Dollar, to be regarded as a High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) in Nigeria as at the year end of 2020, your investable or liquid net worth in Naira must be at least Five Hundred Million Naira (N500 million); at the rate of N500 to $1.  The Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) would have a liquid net worth of over Fifteen Billion Naira (N15 billion) and for someone to be referred to as a Dollar Billionaire in Nigeria, his or her worth must be more than Five Hundred Billion Naira (N500 Billion).

COMPREHENSIVE CORPORATE CONTACT DETAILS OF HNIs, CEOs, MDs, COOs, HODs, GMs & SUCCESSFUL COMPANIES IN LEKKI, IKOYI, VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS ISLAND & AJAH
Reasons for this printed researched publication are:
Empirical research shows that HNIs, Top CEOs and Top Companies are usually not active on social media, and often not easily accessible by the middle and lower class individuals though, they make their money through the mass market.
One of the best ways to sell your products and services easily is to identify the HNIs (High Networth Individuals) and people that have financial capacity to buy such product or service.
When you identify and connect with these financially buoyant individuals, you have to guide such contact jealously because that becomes one of your trade secrets.
It is therefore my pleasure to inform you that I have the Corporate Contact Details (including personal names) of the HNIs and highly highly remunerated individuals in Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria-Island, Ajah and Lagos Island.
The Corporate Contact Details was compiled together in a book and it contains over 9,000 HNIs and white collar business executives, and over 4,800 leading companies in Lagos.

New Post has been published on http://delesdiary.com/2019/03/top-18-significant-instagram-benefits-to-businesses/
TOP 18 SIGNIFICANT INSTAGRAM BENEFITS TO BUSINESSES
Instagram is so huge because it is a platform for building a social network that connects people solely through visual elements, so it is a powerful way to capture and sustain attentions.
You might only be ignoring millions of potential customers by not joining this powerful social media platform. Take the tips you learned here and use them to start building your Instagram presence.
Your bottom line will be glad that you did.
1. It Helps To Connect and Effectively Engage With Customers
While most people think about sites like Facebook and Twitter when it comes to connecting with fans and engaging with customers online — you may be surprised to hear that Instagram has one of the most active and engaged user base.
Instagram is the perfect platform to connect with customers, listen to their feedback, and build relationships through the conversations you are able to initiate. You can share a photo of a new product and ask people what they think, or give them a sneak peek of a new project and see if they have any input.
What is better than having customers know you exist? How about the opportunity to engage with them on a daily basis? The fact is that people like to make their opinions known, especially if they like something, and Instagram is a platform for users to like, comment on and share their favorite posts. The more likes and comments you get, the more visible your company becomes. You can get more likes by taking high-quality photos, using local hashtags and partnering with other brands.
2. It Helps To Update People On Your Latest Offers and Promotions.
You can timely share photo updates about your business by sharing the latest activities or events that are happening in your business, such as: sales, product promotions and new collections. You can boost your sales with the use of popular hashtags like #sale #business #product. The use of hashtags will make it easier to find your campaign by users on Instagram.
3. It Helps To Generate Sales
Visual platforms like Instagram are doing more than just generating engagement, they are also driving sales. Creating professional-looking images to promote your products and highlight your services has never been easier or more affordable with the use of Instagram.
Be careful not to fill your feed with product photos with the same caption asking people to “buy now” or “shop online.” Instead, look for creative ways to display your products and let your images speak for themselves.
4. Instagram Offers Ads.
Similar to Facebook, business accounts on Instagram have the option of paying to promote their content. This practice is very beneficial, especially considering the statistics that demonstrate how receptive Instagram’s audience is to these types of advertisements.
Another benefit to advertising on Instagram is that the ads are capable of being highly targeted based on a user’s location, age, gender or interests. Businesses can also include links in their promoted posts, enabling users to click to learn more about them. Businesses are also able to feature ads in their stories.
5. It Helps To Reach New Audiences
Instagram makes it easy to discover new photos, new people, and new businesses. One of the ways that people discover new content on Instagram is through hashtags. Similar to other social platforms, when someone includes a hashtag in a post on Instagram, a link is created and you can view all of the photos that have been shared using that hashtag.
You can also use hashtags to pro-actively find potential customers.
Delesdiary
6. Instagram Syncs With Facebook.
In 2012, Facebook purchased Instagram for $1 billion. This purchase came with multiple benefits for businesses seeking to juggle these two platforms. The concept of Instagram and Facebook ads is very similar in nature because these mediums are under the same ownership; businesses are now able to run the same advertisement on Facebook and Instagram at the same time, adding seamless, easily-attainable integration. This means that any time a business runs an ad on either of these platforms, they can automatically double their reach!
In addition to hashtags, Instagram also has a Discover tab, dedicated to helping users find photos and connect with users that are relevant to them.
7. Instagram Provides Useful Analytics.
Measuring success on Instagram is quite simple. Of course, businesses can monitor their follower count and overall engagements activities, like views and clicks. But taking it a step further, built-in analytic reports help businesses easily interpret the results of their Instagram advertising campaigns. Useful analytics like these help businesses quickly identify which types of Instagram posts work best, setting them up for sustained success.
8. Instagram Provides High Visibility of Posts
One of the reasons Instagram posts receive such high levels of engagement is that posts are highly visible. There’s no Edgerank or other algorithm that selectively showcases your posts. Every single one of your posts will appear in the feeds of every single one of your followers!
Strategic use of hashtags can also significantly boost the exposure of your posts to new users who will like and comment on your posts and who may even follow you as a result.
Your posts also live on forever. They don’t disappear or get archived like old tweets. And they don’t get buried so far down your stream, like Facebook, that they get lost. A quick scroll through your profile showcases every single post you have ever shared. This is a great way for new followers to connect with your brand!
9. It Helps To Connect With a Targeted Audience
With 1 billion users and growing, your customers are on their Instagram. There may be a smaller number of your customers and it may take a while to grow your community to significant levels. But take advantage of the smaller community now to cultivate real brand advocates and loyal customers. Instagram users are passionate and active – they want to interact with you and get to know you.
10. It Helps To Drive Traffic to your Site
One of the most important things we all want is more traffic to our websites. And, yes, you can drive traffic from Instagram! Make sure you post a link to your site in your bio – this is the only place you can put an active hyperlink on Instagram. Mentioning your website or using calls to action (CTA’s) in your post comments are great ways to generate traffic to your site and to take advantage of one of the advantages of using Instagram for business. It is also recommended that you use a specific landing page from your website as the link in your bio in order to capitalize on visitors coming from Instagram.
11. Instagram’s User Base Allows You To Tap Into An Otherwise Unreached Customer Base
If your business is not present on Instagram, can you be sure that you’re reaching the over 500 million Instagram users that are active at least once a day?
Over 200 million Instagrammers actively visit the profile of a business every day, but your company will not be one of them if you don’t have an Instagram account!
Think of Instagram as a hand or extension of your company. The more present you are on Instagram, the more present you will be to your potential customers on Instagram.
12. It Strengthens Your Relationship With Your Followers And Potential Customers
Another one of the benefits of Instagram being an organic platform is that you can see a lot of engagement on your posts without having to pay for it.
Engagement with brands on Instagram is 10 times higher than Facebook, 54 times higher than Pinterest, and 84 times higher than Twitter.
Additionally, Instagram users “like” 4.2 billion posts per day.
With these kind of engagement rates, you can count on your ever-growing follower base to interact with your posts more and more, for free!
Whether they are liking the post or commenting on it, they are making the decision to interact with your post which shows interest in your brand.
Specifically within Instagram, once you like a post, it gets archived under your profile settings under “Posts You’ve Liked.” This means that Instagram users who like your company’s posts are simultaneously saving your posts to their bank of liked images that they can reference whenever they choose!
Businesses can capitalize on this opportunity to stimulate conversation and comment back directly with their followers. On Instagram, you can use the @ sign to tag users and reply directly back to someone who either liked the image or commented on the post.
The more transparent and responsive a brand is with their followers on Instagram, the more trust is built between that brand and its potential customers. The more trust a consumer has with a brand, the more likely they are to purchase from them over competitors.
13. It helps to Constantly Fuel Your Other Marketing Channels
One of the great things about the content you create in Instagram is that it can easily be shared across all of your different marketing channels.
All of the website traffic you send from Instagram can be retargeted on other platforms as well such as Facebook, Google etc. You can even use your Instagram posts to promote other marketing efforts you have going on and vice versa!
Within your Instagram Settings, you can enable social sharing to Facebook and Twitter, so that your photos will share automatically when you post them to Instagram. Even if you don’t want to share your photos on different networks right away, you can save your photo to your phone’s Camera Roll and easily access them when you’re ready to post.
14. Instagram Stories Makes Your Business Relatable.
Instagram is a great way to show potential customers that you are more than just a faceless corporation. This can be done through many of the app’s features, but you can really make an impression with live posts and stories.
The best way to use live stories is to show behind-the-scenes insights into your company and the people who work there. Some examples are videos that show how products are made, videos of office employees interacting with each other, and live Q&A sessions between you and your audience.
Instagram live posts are also an excellent way to build rapport, trust and credibility with followers, as well as showing that there’s a human side to your business. If consumers see you as more than an entity looking to take their money, then they may be more trusting of your brand.
15. It Allows You To Partner With Influencers.
When it comes to social media, you have your regular viewers, and then you have influencers. For those not in the know, influencers are online celebrities who will often promote a brand or product and take it into the mainstream.
A dependable influencer can bring your company’s sales to a whole other level through increased return on investment and access to demographics that you wouldn’t normally reach. If you use a well-known influencer, then they can spread word of your company or product to millions of followers with just a few posts.
16. The Use Of Hashtags Can Help Increase Your Visibility.
As a new business on the block, you may be intimidated by the competition, but with the proper use of hashtags, you can separate your company from the herd.
Hashtags are essentially keywords that summarize what your post is saying. Popular Instagram hashtags such as Coca-Cola’s #ShareaCoke, Charmin’s #TweetFromTheSeat and Calvin Klein’s #MyCalvins have rocked the industry, becoming pop culture cornerstones that have made these popular companies even more recognizable and beloved.
You may not be Coke or Charmin, but effective use of hashtags can do wonders to separate your business from the crowd.
17. It Helps You To Keep An Eye On Competitors.
Your company can use Instagram to keep an eye on your competitors and see how they interact with their followers. Watch carefully to find out how often they post, what they are posting and how they engage with their followers. You can use the information you gather to better define your own personal strategy.
18. It Offers Many Ways To Get Creative.
A great benefit of the photo-sharing app is the creativity it provides. On Instagram, your marketing team can go wild coming up with new ways to draw attention and add followers and new customers. Show the public that your brand has personality and that it is cool to shop with you by mixing it up with contents, shoutouts, vivid images, interactive videos and more.

New Post has been published on http://delesdiary.com/2018/09/open-letter-to-fela-durotoye-omoyele-sowore-and-kingsley-moghalu/
OPEN LETTER TO FELA DUROTOYE, OMOYELE SOWORE AND KINGSLEY MOGHALU
Open Letter To Fela Durotoye, Omoyele Sowore and Kingsley Moghalu
This Letter is intended to convey my candid opinion and the sampled views of selected politically conscious youths.
The main objective of this letter is to encourage Mr. Fela Durotoye, Mr. Omoyele Sowore, Prof. Kingsley Moghalu and other competent youthful presidential aspirants to suspend their presidential ambitions till 2023; for a more prospecting and/or certain electoral office in 2019, such as: Senate, House of Representative, House of Assembly and local government Chairmanship.
I write this letter as a friend, a youth, a supporter, a realist and a strategist.
I am not in any political party and I do not intend to vote for any nonperforming politician in 2019; especially the APC and PDP politicians. But I want competent and tested youths to position themselves for the highest position in 2023; though the Nigerian youths have not done enough to fully take charge in 2019.
In relative terms, most of the aspiring youths have the competence, capacity, capability, composure and charisma of a leader; and indeed some of the prerequisites to be the President, Governor, Senator, Honourable or local government Chairman in Nigeria.
The chances of winning a Senatorial or House of Representative or House of Assembly seat as a new entrant in the Nigeria political scene is far higher than when you want to contest for the presidency seat at your first shot.
Apart from funds, logistics, personnel, electoral bottlenecks and other political intrigues, the leading youth aspirants do not have enough political experience to govern, lobby and manage the political gladiators and the Nigerian citizens. In governance, political experience outweighed the corporate or street experience.
A four year experience in the legislative chamber in order to understand bureaucratic processes and structures of government is worth more than million dollar cash. As such, it should be seen as an essential training period to prepare you for the presidency in 2023.
The four years period will give you the opportunity to have more practical knowledge about the workings in the Legislative, Judiciary and Executive arms of government. It would also expose you to loopholes and opportunities in Nigeria economy, mistakes of the past and how to correct them, and information about International Diplomacy.
Four years as a legislature will further serve two purposes. One, you will know more about real governance and politics. Two, you will be able to sell yourself more to the people — your constituents and the larger society, through your sponsored bills, facilitated projects, contributions on the floor of the house and your feedback mechanism to the society.
With the passion, strategies and awareness created in the last 18 months, Fela Durotoye, Omoyele Sowore and Kingsley Moghalu have what it takes to easily unseat any of the 109 senators in Nigeria; especially the senators representing Lagos State (Sen. Remi Tinubu, Sen. Gbenga Ashafa and Sen. Adeola Yayi) because that is where most of their supporters are domiciled.
With the campaign and awareness created by you (Fela Durotoye, Omoyele Sowore and Kingsley Moghalu), you don’t have to be a member of the APC or PDP before you can win as a Senator, House of Reps or House of Assembly member. Most Nigerian youths are proud of you because you have fantastically exhibited the Nigerian spirit through your strides.
So, your performance as a Senator or Honourable will be your selling point as you prepare to contest for the presidency in 2023.
As a way to be known beyond your constituency when elected as a Senator or Honourable, you can begin a monthly feedback or world press conference or town hall sessions where you inform Nigerians about your perception or alternative solutions to government policies. Through such gesture, Nigerians and the world would know more about you and your acceptance rate might rise.
There are over 1000 political offices to be contested for in 2019: Presidency (1), Senate (109), House of Rep (360), House of Assembly (over 774). Governorship (30). So, this is an opportunity for the Nigerian youths to position themselves and grab the opportunities that are open in this election window.
So, I encourage Fela Durotoye, Omoyele Sowore and Kingsley Moghalu to pick up the Senate or House of Representative nomination form from their Political Parties and submit same before INEC’s deadline.
ONCE MORE, FELA DUROTOYE, OMOYELE SOWORE AND KINGSLEY MOGHALU, YOU HAVE BETTER CHANCES OF WINNING AS A SENATOR, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE OR HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY THAN WINNING AS A PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA IN 2019 BASED ON THE FACTORS MENTIONED ABOVE AND OTHER NUMEROUS FACTORS.
I look forward to address these gentlemen as Senators in 2019 and anyone of them as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2023.
