To fix your metabolism, your body need way more than a day of normal eating to recover.

Girl. It’s literally so easy.
Fast during week days, and then after school bring your diner to your room and toss it out. Spray perfume on it right away, then slide it under your bed or wrap it in something and throw it out
Through out the school day you can have as much coffee as you want, w/ low-cal sweeteners (I have a powder coffee creamer that’s only 15cals a scoop and is SO DAMN GOOD. French vanilla I got from a gas station) and 1tbsp of skim-low cal milk (no heavy whipping cream or creamer). I’ll also put a 70cal protein supplement in my coffee (high cal but worth it), tea, at least 4 cups of water, and fruit or cucumber if I’m really desperate
Have one break meal during the school week. ( I do my break whenever my mom has cooked a good enough meal, generally on a Tuesday or Thursday , then I’ll have 500cals max. Wednesday’s and Friday’s are always fasting days because both my parents work— so there’s no food waiting for me. Plan your eating schedule like this).
Saturday and Sunday will be your consistent break days. 500cals max throughout the day, have small 50-70cal meals. It’s much more satisfying and after a week of fasting your body needs the gradual recovery. I like small amounts of cashews because they’re filling and high in protein, and homemade hot chocolates

As someone who’s always struggled with over eating/not satisfied no matter how much I eat,
I find restricting really helpful, because it makes me view meal times as much more sacred. Im now satisfied by much smaller portions, and it’s helped me find a healthy balance with my diet.
Control is everything.
