It’s numbing to live like this, to constantly have “it’s better to be disappointed but not surprised than to be hoping and crush” playing on a loop day in and day out.

Happy Pride Month babes!, everybody has a different situation and pride can be a difficult time for those who feel they aren’t brave enough to come out yet or for those who don’t feel safe where they are enough to come out, don’t rush it, take your time and wait until you’re comfortable, your choice is valid and so are you.

But on a more serious note, I hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween, but I’m begging you to be careful, a lot of sick people lurk in the dark especially on Halloween so please make sure your phone is charged, multiple people know your whereabouts (please keep them updated if you decide to go somewhere else or your original plans change) check up on the people/person you’re out with every so often to see if they’re okay, don’t go anywhere on your own, if you didn’t make or watch it be made please don’t take it, have something to ID you on your person Incase something does happen. I know everyone wants to have fun and some can get a little careless but I can’t and don’t want to imagine what it’ll be like hearing someone I know family or not has been hurt while enjoying the holiday because people are sick and demented

Y’all it’s almost time and I’m super pumped for fall. I don’t care if fall officially starts on September 22nd I’m starting to celebrate on the 1st I’m preparing now and I’ll be celebrating by obsessing over serial killers and horror films more than usual starting with Sammy this year from “Trick R Treat” and of course ending it all with the badass himself on Halloween, Michael Myers… I’m so giddy it’s unreal fall is my favorite season, pretty colors, pumpkins, candy corn, candy apples, spooky things, haunted houses, horror movie affects are amplified majorly, going back and watching the classics like Creature From The Black Lagoon, The Fly, Frankenstein, Swamp Creature. Not to mention my all favorites Scary Godmother and Goosebumps and watching the TV show “A Haunting”

It still may be early but has anyone else started either setting out their fall decor or started getting ready to decorate for Halloween yet? We’ve decided to incorporate our Christmas tree into our decorating since it’s black, I’m super excited.
