Fluffy Blankets and Crackling Fires | Antisepticeye X Jameson Jackson
Anti X Jameson | Fluffy Blankets and Crackling Fires
Prompt: "Fireplace"
Day: 8/25
~~~~~
Wrapped up to the neck in blankets is where Jameson is enjoying his Friday night. The soft crackles from the fireplace in front of him add a nice touch to the aura. "Jamie," His boyfriend, Anti, softly says.
Jameson looks up to lock eyes with the glitch who stands next to him, two mugs in either hand. "I made you some coffee," Anti gestures for the other to take one of the glasses from him. He does, taking a small sip before setting it down on the coffee table next to him.
Jameson signs a thank you to Anti, gesturing for the "demon" to take a seat next to him. The dapper man doesn't like to consider his lover a "demon". When you think of the word demon, what do you think? Evil, cold hearted. As a matter of fact, Anti was the complete opposite of that.
He was the sweet, lovable guy Jameson was honored to date. Anti accepts Jameson's invitation, setting his mug next to the mute's. "Well, we did it. We made it through another hard week," Anti points out, putting his arm around Jamison.
Jameson signs his response. "We did. I got you a little something." Anti smiles, taking a bit of the extra blanket as Jamie digs through his pocket eventually pulling out a small chain with charm of half a heart dangling from it. He places it in Anti's palm, before giving an explanation.
"As cheesy as it is, I thought you might like it. Look." Jameson takes another necklace from his pocket, matching the other one aside from the charm being the other side of the heart.
Once put together, both charms link together due to the magnets inside. "I mean you don't have to wear it but-" He's cut short by Anti wrapping his arms around his midriff. Jameson grins, repeating the action.
"Aww, Jamie, you shouldn't have. Now you're going to make me feel guilty about not having anything for you right now." Jameson shakes his head pulling away from Anti. "It's fine. You don't have to buy anything for me. Just you being here is already enough for me."
~~~~~
I'mma sucker for anything Jameson Jackson.

Potential Virus Risk on AO3 Comments
Hey everyone. So, I wanted to make a post about something I've seen in AO3 comments recently and I wanted to let y'all know so you can be careful.
Today, on two separate fics of mine, I got comments from guests with different names that had what looks like a key smash followed by a weird link. They looked like this:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
[image ID: two emails from the website AO3. Both show comments from anonymous users with feminine names that show what looks like a key smash followed by a link. The second link says it’s from tinyurl while the first does not appear to be from anywhere specifically.]
Now, it is possible that these are legit comments and these links lead to nothing bad. But, in my experience, this looks like a classic phishing scam or a link to a virus. Honestly, I never open links I see online unless I know for sure I can trust the source. And even then I'm a bit hesitant, since I know that accounts can be hacked. I actually deleted the first email and comment immediately and didn't really think about it again. However, after getting another comment that was almost identical but from a guest with a different name, it makes me think that this might be something bad.
So, if you see these kinds of comments, unless you know exactly who sent it, I'd recommend just deleting them and not clicking on the links. Honestly, even if you know who sent it, I'd still be careful just in case they got hacked. If someone wanted to send you a legit link, they would probably do it with some kind of comment beforehand saying what the link actually leads to. This seems to me like they're trying to prey off curiosity and it can lead to some nasty stuff. Since I know some AO3 writers and readers follow me, I thought I'd post about it here. Similarly, if you see a comment like this on someone's fic, maybe don't click on it either. Again, I can't guarantee this is anything bad, since I definitely did not click on the links, but it's better to be safe than sorry. If y'all could reblog this to spread the word, I'd appreciate it.
Anyway, be careful out there guys! I got burned a few too many times as a kid, so I'm extra careful with links and things now, ha.
EDIT: Apparently, these links are indeed malicious. I checked them in an online link checker, and it detected one malicious source from the link in the second message, but 12 malicious sources in the link from the first message. So, it's pretty clearly a virus or phishing scam. Please be aware!

Family Gatherings | Dr. Schneep X Reader
Family Gatherings | Dr. Schneep X Reader
Prompt: Family Gathering (real original title, I know.)
Day: 6/25
~~~~~
You arrive at the door to the Septic's house where the five roommates, Marvin, Schneep, Jameson, Anti, and Chase live. Marvin is holding a meetup for the Holidays, and you were first on the invite list due to you being one of the closet people to the five. The six of you practically grew up together having all met in grade school.
You knock on the door and Chase answers it. "Y/n~!" He exclaims, opening his arms for a hug. You happily accept his offer, wrapping your arms around him just as he did you.
After pulling away he lets you in. "So, guess what?" He says in an excited tone. "Stacy is bringing by the kids today!" You practically gasp. "Really?" As if on cue, Stacy's car pulls up in front of the house.
"There they are!" Chase states, pointing out the still opened door. "Then go see them. You can talk to me later," you say, giving him a light push out the door. You turn to go find another one of the Septic's to say hi to.
As you wander into the house you notice that there are a few of the Iplier's there too, such as Wilford and The Host. Everyone seem to be caught up in a conversation besides Dr. Schneep.
Schneep has never been a conversationalist but tonight he looks off. He has his head in his hands, with a particularly sad expression painted across his face. You look towards the dining table where Schneep sits, calling out to him. "Hey, Schneep."
He looks around, eventually meeting eyes with you. He smiles and gives a small wave of acknowledgment before returning to his zoned-out state. You approach him, gingerly placing your hand on his shoulder to regain his attention.
"Mind if I sit next to you?" He simply shrugs, moving over to give you room to slide into the seat next to him. "Are you good?" You ask as soon as your seated. "Vhat do you mean?" He asks in a very heavy German accent.
"Well, you look awfully sad." He looks up to lock eyes with you again. "Vhat makes you think zat?"
"You don't have to be a doctor to know something's off," you reply. Schneep hums, slouching over in his seat slightly leaning on the table. "Eh, it doesn't really matter." You lightly crease your eyebrows continuing to push for an answer.
"Come on Henrik, you can tell me." There's a pause before Schneep answers.
"I'm lonely," He claims in a defeated tone. "Why do you say that?" You ask. "I don't know. I just feel like I don't have anyone to lean on. Like look at Chase and his kids or Jameson and his girlfriend. Zen look at me. Some odd doctor nobody zinks about until zeir phone reminds zem of zeir next appointment."
"Well, I'm here for you, Schneep." He nods, his eyes returning to the floor. "I know, but you have your own life and your own relationships to worry about. I don't want to interfere with zat." You shake your head no.
"Don't be silly. Besides my job I don't have much of a social life either," you claim. Schneep frowns. "I sough you were dating that Jared guy," he states. "No, no. Him and I broke up a few months ago," you reply.
"Oh. I'm sorry about zat," Schneep says. "Don't be. He was gross," You state as Henrik makes an O shape with his mouth. "Wow, we really haven't talked in a bit. We should go get coffee sometime or something." Schneep cracks a small smile.
"Really?"
There is no joy like the joy of a writer who has just figured out that a throwaway line they put into the first few paragraphs of a story is actually the key to a major plot point and possibly even the theme underlying the entire thing.
Just…yesssssss.
What's your favorite Wilbur Soot song (including Lovejoy)?
I've gotta go with Losing Face. It gives me nostalgia from my childhood though the first time I listened to it was just a month ago.
Holiday Traditions | Wilford Warfstache X Reader
Holiday Traditions | Wilford Warfstache X Reader
Prompt: Traditions
Day: 5/25
~~~~~
"Hey Wil, what are you up to?" You ask walking into the kitchen. Wilford was never one to bake considering that he was always doing something else. "Hm? Oh, yes. I am making bread," Wilford replies.
"Why are you doing that?" You ask. "I'm doing this for Christmas. Back when I was a kid my mother made this for our family," Wilford replies, mixing in the flour, "It was always my favorite and ever since I moved out, I haven't had it. It was kind of like a..."
"Tradition?" You try, leaning on the island a bit. "Yes, yes. It was kind of like a tradition."
"Mind if I help out?" You question, starting towards the sink. "Please do," Wilford says, "I've tried twice to get the dough to rise. It doesn't want to cooperate." After giving your hands a quick wash, you give the recipe card a quick scan.
"Did you add the eggs?" You inquire. "Eggs?" Wilford repeats, moving to look at the card from behind you. "You see? The writing's a little squished in here." You point at the little bit of the ink in the corner of the card.
Wilford hums an "oh". "How many eggs do we need per batch?" He asks, opening the refrigerator. "Two," you answer. "Ok. We need four."
After getting the eggs out Wilford adds them to his mixture of stuff. "What's next?" he requests.
Wilford and you have finished making the dough in about thirty minutes. "Now what?" He asks.
"We have to wait for it rise," you reply, placing some plastic wrap over the bowl and putting it in the refrigerator next to the egg carton. "How long is that going to take?" Wilford questions. "A few hours."
"Oh. So now what do we do?" You shrug. "Whatever you want to."
Wilford thinks for a moment. "Do you want to watch a movie?" He inquires, rubbing the little bit of flour off his mustache which is now back to it's bright pink color.
"Sure. Which one were you thinking?"
"How about 'Home Alone'? My mother made a point to watch that one every year," he suggests. You agree and you both make your way to the living room.
While watching the movie you were joined by Dark and The Host, whom have just came back from their shopping trip.
After the movie ended Wilford and you return to your spot in the kitchen. "Could you spray the pan, y/n?"
You quickly get out the spray, doing as Wilford asked. Once the pan was sprayed, Wilford plopped the dough in and stuck it in the oven.
"Now that we've completed my bread we can do one of your traditions," Wilford states, waiting for you to give him one.
"I... I don't think my family really had any traditi-" "Nonsense," Wilford interjects, "Surly there is at least one."
You shake your head no. "Not that I can remember." Wilford pauses as he thinks. "Recipes? Movies? Decorations? There has to be something that you remember."
"I guess we made sugar cookies-" "Marvelous!" Wilford exclaims, pulling you along into the kitchen.
That's how you ended up baking the rest of the day away with Wilford.

Christmas Lights | C!Mumbo Jumbo X Reader
Christmas Lights | C!Mumbo X Reader
Prompt: Kissing cold noses
Day: 4/25
~~~~~
"Are we almost done?" You question, handing Mumbo another string of lights. "Kind of. Why do you want to go inside so much?" He asks, taking the Christmas lights from you, returning to his place on the ladder.
"My nose is cold," you reply, holding your mitten over it. "I told you that you should've bought that nose warmer instead of the hat." You roll your eyes. "It's too late now, isn't it?"
Mumbo sighs. "We're almost done. Can you please hand me that staple gun?" You do as asked and watch as the Christmas light slowly go up.
A few minutes later and the lights are lining the roof just below the gutters. "There," Mumbo says, climbing down from the ladder. "We're finished?" He shakes his head yes at your question, taking a few steps back to apricate his work.
After a few moments he turns to you. "Your nose still cold?" You nod. Mumbo leans down, pressing a quick kiss to the tip of it. "Better?" He asks. "Yes," you claim to satisfy him, "Now can we go in?"
"But we haven't even put up the inflatables yet."
Candy Canes | CC!Schlatt X Reader
Candy Canes | CC!Schlatt X Reader
Day: 3/25
Prompt: Pepper mint
(wc: 525)
~~~~~
Schlatt and you are walking down the street together to just because. You just got off school for Winter break and don't have anything to do for the two weeks a side from spend time with your family and friends, which gets boring after a while.
A light breeze blows through the already cold enough air in the run-down side of town sending a shiver down your spine.
Austin has three sides to it. The side where the posh rich people live, the main side where the middle-class people live, and your mothers least favorite, "the creepy side". The creepy side is a little sketchy, but Schlatt and you don't really care being the reckless teenagers you are.
"Here. I bought you somethin'," Schlatt says digging through his coat pocket. He pulls out two peppermint candy canes, handing one to you. "Oh, thanks. Where'd you get them?" You ask unwrapping yours.
"The dollar store," Schlatt replies. "Where are we going?" You shrug having not thought that far. "We could go Christmas caroling," Schlatt suggests. "It's only the twenty-third you know, you know?" You remind him. "We won't go home until we get some figgy pudding," Schlatt declares.
"Wait, have you ever tried figgy pudding?" You ask a trace of amusement in your tone. "No," Schlatt chuckles and adds, "Actually, I think we can pass on the figgy pudding." You nod, popping the candy cane in your mouth.
"What is that brown loaf with the cranberry's on top of it called?" He asks doing the same as you. "That's the figgy pudding," You reply. Schlatt mumbles a little "oh" before bursting into laughter. "I take that back; I want to try the figgy pudding."
"My mother makes it every Christmas. You can try it if you want," You state. "Eh. If there's any leftovers, bring me a slice." You hum an ok. Just as you turn the corner your phone rings. You stop to read the caller id and Schlatt keeps moving.
"Hey," You call after him, making him turn around and come back. "It's my mom." He nods as you take the call. After a quick scolding from your mother, you hang up. "I gotta get home before my mother kills me," you say, starting in that direction. "See ya later."
"Wait up! I'mma walk you home," Schlatt calls, linking your arm with his as soon as he catches up. "Ok, fine," you say, "but we gotta hurry." He nods pulling his candy cane out of his mouth. It's now shaped into a sharp point.
"I going to poke you with this if you don't slow down a bit," Schlatt jokingly threatens. "Do it then." So, he does. "Ow. That hurt more than I thought it would," you say as Schlatt mutters an apology and you slow down a bit.
After a bit of walking the both of you arrive at your house. "Are you going to come over tomorrow?" You ask. He hums a yes. "Well, I guess I'll see you then." You give him a light peck on the cheek before you both turn to head home.

“you shouldn’t have!”
31 Days of Winter Blurbs. Day 2/31 pairing: cc!wilbur / reader word count: 451 words event masterlist here!
You loved the holidays.
You loved seeing all the joy and festivities bringing people together, you loved seeing people at work decorate their workspaces so that even while on the clock they could smile and spread Holiday cheer, and a good Christmas song always made your day brighter. You loved having an apartment decorated in tinsel and cheesy winter-themed decor. Something you didn’t love, though was actually having to put the decorations up yourself.
No, you dreaded having to come home from a long day and start decorating when all you wanted was to sink into the sofa.
On your entire commute home, all you could think about was- Shit, it’s time to start decorating. Shit, it’s finally December. Do I even have any decor anymore?- and when you finally made your way to the top of stairs of the apartment building you were sharing with your boyfriend, you were greeted by none other than the man himself, grinning at you from your opened front door.
“Welome home, love.”
His tone was sweeter than usual, trailing at the end in something that sounded like a tease, but all you could think about was getting inside away from the cold. You immediately fell into his waiting arms. “Wil, Wil, shut the door!” The door shut behind you as you buried your face in his sweater.
“Long day?”
“Oh, you wouldn’t believe it. I’m so exhausted, and now I have to-” As you pulled away from him to take off your jacket, you got a glimpse of the apartment for the first time since you walked through the door.  Sparkling string lights hung from every corner of the room, the lights were soft and orangey and warm, there was a tree standing in the corner of the room with a box of ornaments ready to be hung. “Wil, when did you have time to do this? Between streaming and-”
“Shhh, shhh.” He wrapped his arms around you and set his chin on the top of your head. “I just knew you were stressed and dreading this, so I spent the day taking care of it.” He pressed a kiss to the crown of your head. “I know you love coming home to a nice, decorated home, so I thought I’d treat you to a cozy, peaceful night.”
You could nearly cry of happiness, squeezing your arms around him. “Oh, Wil, you shouldn’t have!”
“I did.”  He smiled, leaning down to kiss you again, and you didn’t even have time to ask about the aroma of cookies coming from the kitchen before he had taken your jacket and bag and hung them up, and was swooping you into his arms.
“Now come, let’s rest.”

The Next-Door Neighbor | Jameson Jackson X Fem!Reader
The Next-Door Neighbor | Jameson Jackson X Fem!Reader
Prompt: "You shouldn't have"
Day: 2/25 (I'm only doing 25 days)
~~~~~
Ok. First box down, ten more to go. I'm moving into a new apartment complex today. It's been about a year since I ended up in the year 2022. After a rough start I found myself a job at the local "McDonalds". I know fast food is a far cry from my previous career, but as far as I know they don't really make silent films anymore.
After a bit of working at McDonalds I got myself a tiny apartment with a roommate. Now I'm moving into one of my own. I think it'll be better now that I don't live with a guy who's bringing over someone every other night.
After what seems like forever of getting boxes from the U-Haul downstairs, I finally sit down on the couch that came with the apartment. There are two rooms to my new living space. The bedroom and the main area.
A knock on the door causes me to jump. It's always awkward answering the door due to me not being able to speak. I open the door to see the same person I saw while moving the boxes standing there with smaller box in hand.
"Hello," she greets. I smile at her signing a hi. "Oh, I don't speak sign language. Wait, can you hear me?" I nod and hold up one finger before rushing to find a notepad and a pen. I find the one I took from the hotel yesterday and return to the door with a letter that reads "Hi, I'm Jameson."
She reads over the message before responding. "I'm y/n. I saw that you just moved in, and I had an extra pie, so I brought it for you." Y/n gestures for me to take the box from her arms. I grab it setting it on the table next to me before jotting down another note.
"Oh, you shouldn't have. Thank you."
"It's my pleasure. I feel like greeting your new neighbor with a sweet is one of those things that was sadly lost in time." I nod not remembering getting a greeting from any neighbor when I moved into my last apartment, let alone a dessert.
"Thanks again." I write. "No problem. By the way, do you have anything to do on Christmas eve?" I shake my head no. Since arriving in the future, it's been quite lonely. "Oh, cool. I'm hosting a party at my place," Y/n points to the door across from mine, "and you're invited if you want to come."
"Sure. I'll be there." I write back. She smiles. "See you then?" I nod. "See you then." With that she turns away and wanders into the apartment across from mine and I close the door. I guess I have plans now.
Hey. Minors following me. Internet safety is key!! NEVER include these in your bio/byf:
Medical diagnoses - this is nobody's business but yours. You don't owe anyone an explanation for why you are the way that you are
Trauma - same reason as above
Triggers - people can use these against you! Don't give people tools to hurt you. No one has to know what tags you block. Just block tags to stay safe!
Age - age is okay for adults to include but is iffy when you're a teen. Predators want this information, don't give people more than they need. Just state that you're a minor, that's all that anyone needs to know.
In general: stay safe. If you're not comfortable with every stranger out there having access to this information, you shouldn't post it on the internet.
Play devil's advocate and ask yourself about what would happen if someone searched for your information with intent to hurt you. You do NOT owe anyone an explanation!
Ice Skating | Jameson Jackson X Reader
"Jamie!" you say on impulse as you start to fall. Jameson simply smiles down at you, helping you steady yourself. You and your boyfriend decided to go to the ice-skating rank to kick off the Winter season.
It's safe to say it's a lot harder than it looks. With Jameson being a mute it's rather hard for him to communicate with you while he's trying to help, so he waits for you grab the wall to sign something to you.
"You look like a baby deer trying to stand for the first time," Jamson claims, the grin on his face indicating his tone. "That's rich from someone who isn't even on the ice," you shoot back pointing at his skates still planted on the carpet just outside the entrance of the rank.
Jameson gingerly steps on the ice. After wobbling for a moment, he moves to stand to the other side of you with ease. "Since when did you learn to skate?" You ask. "Since last year," He replies starting to move backwards.
You grab his sleeve, preventing him from going too far. "No, don't leave me." You pull yourself to the ice, still gripping his overly fancy jacket tightly. Silently laughing to himself, Jameson tugs on his sleeve causing you to slide forwards.
You suck in a breath through your teeth as you slowly come to a stop. Jameson tugs a little harder this time, watching as you "skate" a bit faster stopping as you reach him. "You see? It's not that hard," He signs.
"I guess it wasn't that difficult," You reply grabbing onto his coat next to the buttons. Jameson nods pulling you along with him careful as to not catch his skates on yours as you make your way around the rack, excided to spend the rest of the day together.
Just a Caffeine Run
It was a slow morning as Wilford slipped out of bed and made sure his silent lover stayed asleep as he quickly got dressed in his pansexual colored suspenders to pair with his iconic pink bow tie, smoothed out his pink floof of hair, and threw on shoes before teleporting to their favorite Cafe.
He ordered himself a cotton candy blend of tea while ordering his love an Earl Grey tea with a small bit of honey, of course ordering some shortbread cookies to go with the tea. He managed to somehow not draw too much attention to himself as he picked up his goodies, trying to get home before his lover awoke and the tea got cold.
So, he left the Cafe, getting ready to teleport home before he turned at hearing soft crying in the alley near the Cafe, frowning when he saw a small girl in a ratty pink and flowery dress curled up and crying in the chilly alley. He abandoned his goodies on a nearby table before kneeling down to her.
"Hey there little gumdrop, why so blue?"
She looked up at him, her brown tangled curls falling in her face a bit, "H-hungry. Mo-Momma gone."
He frowned and offered her a cookie, which she took hesitantly, "It's alright, gumdrop. Take this for now. Are you alone?"
She nodded and nibbled her cookie for a moment before responding, "Mhmm, but thank you."
He just melts, her mocha colored eyes just peering into his soft heart as he hoped his lover would forgive him, "Well, I'll take care of you, gumdrop. What's your name? My name is Wilford Warfstache."
She takes a breath, "Jade.... M 5.... But come with you?"
He smiles and nods, "Of course, Miss Jade! Can I pick you up?"
She smiles and nods this time, "Mhmm! Go home?"
He nods, forgetting the tea he came for and just bringing cookies and Jade home with him. He goes to wake his silent lover, surprising him.
"Good morning, lollipop. I got a surprise..."
Jameson wakes and signs as he sees her as she buries into Will, "Why do I feel like you were originally coming home with tea and now we have a child? She is cute, but explain please?"
He quickly does explain and blushes, "... and I forgot the tea! But I couldn't just leave the little gumdrop, don't make me take her back!"
She frowns at that when Jameson stops him from talking and signing, "Tell her she's staying. Also, please explain to her that I'm signing because I'm mute and not deaf?"
He sighs in relief and explains to her as she smiles. He gets her cleaned up after that as Jameson makes breakfast. It's a rather chaotic start to a rather sweet family.
I Hate to See You Leaving | Chase Brody X Gn!Reader
The kids. She just took the kids. I'll never see the kids again. The same kids I supported for nine years. Gone.
"Chase," My lawyer whispers to me.
Y/n and I have been friends since the beginning. Our mothers were best friends, so we've known each other basically our whole lives. They agreed to help me in court with them being a lawyer and all. "Chase, come on. We have to go."
Through teary eyes I look over at them. They give me a sympathetic smile, grabbing my hand. We're the last one in the room. "Come along. If we hurry, you can say goodbye." And hurry I did. I got up from my seat and sprinted down the hall faster than I ever had before.
There by the door stood Greyson and Lily. Greyson is really the only one old enough to know what's happening. He's the first to run into my arms. The poor kid. He looks just about as broken as I feel.
Stacy shoots me a dirty look when Lily tears her hand away from her and does the same as Greyson. I ignore Stacy and she goes back to thanking her lawyer. The thing is not only did she take my kids, but she also took my house.
All I'm left with is my car and a couple hundred dollars. Greyson and Lily pull away at their mother calling them. "Your dad loves you," I speak, "Remember that." They both nod spearing me one last glance before returning to their mother's side.
With a look that clearly says, "I'm not sorry", Stacy pulls her kids with her as they leave the building. I'll never see my family again. They always told me high school relationships never work out. I guess I should have listened then.
Now who do I have now?
A tap on the shoulder pulls me out of my thoughts. I look over to see y/n standing there. "You may need this." They hand me a tissue. I thank them, wiping tears from my cheeks.
They pull me in for a hug of which I return. "I sorry. I tried. The judge wasn't very cooperative." I nod, burying my face in their hair. "It's not your fault," I say quietly. They pull away first. "You can stay at my house if you need."
Y/n let me stay at their house when Stacy kicked me out before. This isn't the first time they've offered. "Thank you, Y/n."
That's how I end up sitting on Y/n couch waiting for dinner. They insisted upon me not helping, though I begged them to let me. "I made your favorite," Y/n says sitting next to me with two plates of grilled cheese sandwiches.
I thank them, accepting the paper plate. "Why did she do this? Did I do something wrong?" I ask after taking a bite of the sandwich. "Because she doesn't know what she's doing," Y/n replies. "She was dumb to leave you. It's not your fault."
I watch as a tear falls from my eye, landing on my plate next to the crumbs from the slightly burnt toast. The doorbell rings. Y/n leaves their spot to go answer it. They shortly return with a box. "Henrik dropped these off for you. He thought you might want them."
Y/n sets the box next to me. It's just clothes and personal belongings from his house. I stay over there everyone and a while. I'm supposed to get my stuff from my- I mean Stacy's house tomorrow and leave her the key while the kids are at school.
Y/n rejoins me on the couch, returning to their sandwich. I finish mine up, setting my plate on the coffee table a foot or two away. "Thank you, y/n." I say out of the blue. "There's no need to. I'd let you stay here any day."
I shake my head no. "For everything. For supporting me when I needed you, for helping me when I needed help, and for always being there." Y/n smiles at me. "Like I said before, I do it for you any day."
We both fall silent for a moment. "Do you wanna change and we can watch a movie or something?" Y/n questions. I nod and they head up to their room. I grab a t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants from the box, changing in the bathroom.
Y/n is done before I am. I join them on the couch when I finish. "I have Snow White in the player, do you want to watch that?" Y/n asks. I shrug. "I don't care." She nods and switches it on.
By the end of the movie my head is resting on Y/n's shoulder and we're both underneath the blanket Jackie made for me a while back. It was in the box. The end credits start rolling, so I sit up some.
I normally fall asleep during movies. "Y/n," I whisper. When they don't respond, I assume they're asleep. I return to my position with a sigh. Why is life so hard?
After a few minutes my eyelids start to feel heavy. I guess all that crying I did wore me out. And before I know it, I'm starting to fall asleep.
