I overate 10.05.25
so I'll start a fast that every day that passes I'll remove 400 cals from the binge. ( Approx 1800 cals binged). So I'll have to do a 4.5 day fast but since I'm not sure if I can do more than 72 hours then if I eat something ( Which has to be below 400) then it'll remove from my budget.

Breakfast:
Lean pork, buckwheat, 4 egg whites- 304 cal
Lunch:
Konjak noodles, egg whites, half a pack of instant soup- 71 cal
Dinner:
Potato, teaspoon of yogurt, pickles- 65 cal
Snack:
Curd- 324 cal :(
Total: 764
I was craving curd so badly and I didn't want to risk binging so I ate curd but I'll do better tomorrow!
TIP! Soaking potatoes in water removes starch which reduces calories in potatoes !

Lunch:

Dinner:

Recipe for my under 100 cal noodles:
2x egg whites ( optional) ~34 cal
Konjak noodles ~ 10 cal
Half an Instant soup package ( remove the croutons ) ~25 cal
Total: 69 (lolz) calories
How to make
Drain the konjak noodles from the liquid and throw that bad boy in to the pan.
Then use half a packet of your prefered instant soup ( mine is cheese around 71 cal but rounded to 50 bc without of the croutons) sift it through until you have half of the packet left and let it simmer. ( While it's cooking add the egg whites)
Then use some seasoning of your prefered choice and ur done!
Tip: if you want a more cheesy flavour you can add a little bit of yeast on top! Spices things up 😏🔥
And sides if you're feeling fancy 😊

Idk why but i dont lose weight 🤨 maybe it’s bc i eat like 1200-1800 cals a day and I don’t move so my weight stays so ill do a 1000 cals per day ? 😎 anyways wish me luck 🤞☺️
