10.Therapy
Most of the time, the reason why you get upset over things isn’t really about what happened. Sometimes you relate those events to something that happened to you in the past. Not feeling loved, feeling abandoned, feeling not good enough, feeling betrayed, feeling unworthy...etc. These are not really feelings but your perception of yourself. But because you’ve been feeling like this the whole time, you never questioned yourself why you think that way. Discovering yourself is so important, and it’s okay if the process is slow <3

Not that I’m being fake when I’m talking to other people, but sometimes I just don’t want to talk to people. I don’t always want to be positive! because I’m just not in that mood. It’s quite stressful to mask your feelings. The struggle is real!

Perhaps the most painful part is suppressing your feelings, pretending everything is fine while you’re dying inside. Sometimes your unhealthy ways of dealing with the feelings will make you feel worse than the actual thing that made you feel sad in the beginning. Rather than trying to stop something or control the way you think, try to understand why you feel that way...!
