Quick notes for today!

-tried a new tofu “egg” recepie, it was so good it went straight to the dog who enjoyed it very much 🤷‍♀️

- did yoga with the dog outside. The last few days I’ve come face to face with the fact it’s fall. Found a sunny spot and slowly shed layers throughout my practice. My wrist is finally healing and it felt so good to be back on the mat. This is the first year I’ve done yoga outside in the fall.

- set up my Duolingo to learn French. I’ve been listening to French lullabies and it is so similar to Spanish that I think I’ll pick it up pretty easily. Did the first practice set today.

- looked at my notes from yesterday and am doing some research on the names that I had highlighted and set aside for later. Stumbled on a great biofeedback app, but of course I don’t have the sensors for it. But I’d love to get them once my finances stabilize.
