Transmasc nonbinary Ghost who has never had a super strong sense of identity anyway, who identifies as more of an entity than a gender, presents masc because they're in the military and have an image they feel obliged to keep up but when they're at home with Johnny, they love to be more at ease: stops hiding their painted nails in their gloves; wears hints of makeup, more than their eyeblack, like colorful eyeliner, subtle shimmery highlighter or neutral toned lipsticks; wears softer sweeter scents of perfumes or lotions that make their skin feel oh so soft; trying on skirts from long billowing ones that they love to twirl in and stim with, to short cheeky ones that get Johnny flushing red and drooling; trying on lacy bralets that accentuate their top surgery scars under their big baggy hoodies, peeking out just enough under the purposely low zipper to drive Johnny crazy...

Okay but what about a trans masc Ghost who got top surgery before he got captured and tortured by Roba and had tattoos along his scars. Then Roba does his Autopsy while alive thing and purposely mauls his tattoos and ruins them and fucks his chest up to where its no longer neat and pretty.

Maybe his nipples are uneven heights if they're both even still there, scar tissue makes one more lumpy than the other. The tattoos, once fine lined, perhaps even delicate, now stretched and piece-mealed, zippered together in no longer cohererent jagged lines...

(Bonus points if later, when Johnny and Ghost are close enough that Johnny has seen it and knows the story, he designs a coverup that incoporates the previous tattoo. One that takes the old design and turns it into the gaping maw of a fierce predator or a thorny bramble or even barbed wire. Whatever it is, it follows the jarring lines, turns them into something beautiful and dangerous, something to protect the resurrected heart of Simon Riley)
