today was a gym day: legs again
it was kinda cut short unfortunately bc my fiancé went too heavy too fast earlier this week and is still recovering.
i probably haven’t mentioned the fact that i am literally going to get married and here i am, dying to be thin and he really hasn’t noticed my relapse. but he’s aware i’m not happy with how i look and i’ve vaguely told him my “plans” to lose weight. minus the part that i’m literally not eating. but whatever.
we did:
-squats 5x5
-leg press
-leg curls
-leg raises? i guess lmao
-step machine.
And as far as food, i def over-calculated for the cals so i really i didn’t have that much but it’s fine.

With Thanksgiving coming up i think it’s important to engage with food w/o be destructive:
-turkey, ham, or other meat will be your protein. if you feel like you need to binge, this would def be the food to fill up on.
-have some mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, some sort of carb to have some energy for the next day when you workout. your body will need it.
-consider this your metabolism day.
-personally i’m going to avoid alcohol. i’ll have water or some tea instead. drink lots of water to help keep you full.
Lastly, as long as you have a lil something on your plate, your family shouldn’t judge you. not saying that’s always the case, but normally there’s enough leftovers so it won’t look sus.
