Hello, is it alright to request Desmond sycamore/Descole’s reaction to learning reader is asexual headcanons? Particularly one who is sure of and has always been comfortable with being ace. You were always sure of your identity, of who you were and no one could ever make you doubt that about yourself but that has never stopped people from trying to twist things,to make it seem like you're broken or confused,that maybe you haven't found the right person yet. When you were younger they would just tell you that you're too young to know that,too immature to fully fathom the idea of intercourse but seeing as you grew older and “didn't change your mind” like they'd hoped you would,they start talking about your hypothetical ideal lover that will “change you”. Sure there will be a “right person” for you but not the one they expect. The right person will be that special someone who understands you,who doesn't pressure you to be something you're not. But it's hard ,you swear everyone around has an insane libido or something because everytime you tried dating or even thought of dating there's always that nagging feeling of expectation. Expecting something more intimate,like what you have isn't enough. It irked you to the point you almost gave up on dating entirely. Keyword…almost.

There has been someone who caught your eye, quite a fascinating character you've never seen before, someone so..not ordinary. Desmond,or Descole as his villainous title, was someone you never thought you'd be friends with,let alone be attracted to. A seemingly normal gentleman actually having a double life as a villain? It almost doesn't feel real, but here you were. You weren't exactly sure what attracted you to Descole. As Desmond, he was a sweetheart,the embodiment of something sweet that melts all your senses,or maybe that's just his cake shaped and scented hair that is making you think of sweets at the moment. Regardless, his kind and polite nature was charming and a very much real part of him. However, his alter ego is certainly…something.It's like he's a completely different man-selfish,mean-spirited,always scheming. Even then, there's still something about him that gravitates you towards him. Sure people see you as his lackey and just as evil but each time you talk with him,be in the same room as him,listen to his thoughts and plans you can sense something deeper, as if he's hiding something, as if he isn't this evil mastermind he paints himself to be.

Maybe his oddity is what attracts you to him. Maybe it's the hope that because of his out of norm personality, he'll be the one to accept your queerness that others deemed unworthy of love and acceptance. Sure, you didn't need anyone's validation to love yourself, but it still sometimes stings when you get rejected over and over again. What you didn't expect was the fact that the masked man was also interested in you,his gaze always lingering on your form, as if analysing something, as if you're some kind of puzzle and he plans to solve whatever enigma you seem to be to him.

It was slowly getting dark,sun setting, painting the sky an orange hue that seemed to make everything seem so warm despite it actually getting colder. You and Descole are sitting on top of a rooftop, “a perfect place to unwind” as he called it. All of it felt so cheesy,you wouldn't be surprised if he confessed right here and now. And your suspensions would be proven correct.

He scoots closer to you,not enough where you're touching but definitely closer. You turn towards him: “Something on your mind?” You ask,a bit nervous yourself. “Yes,there is something I've been thinking about and I find it pointless to delay it any longer” he says,turning his head to look at you “For the past couple of months you've been driving me mad,I wasn't sure exactly what it was about you,it was infuriating yet…I found myself fond of the feeling,the yearning. It felt as if my existence would be meaningless without your presence.” He pauses,thinking for a second before removing his mask,eyes locking with yours. “I've watched you,your every move when you're around me,every glance,every word,every touch. It was intoxicating at this point ,I couldn't keep this feeling locked up inside me forever, to be quite frank you were the hardest puzzle to solve but allow me to indulge by listening to my solution”.

You tried to focus on his words, but your mind and eyes drifted. His eyes were a rare sight since he usually has them covered up by the mask and rarely do you ever see him in his Sycamore persona.His brown eyes seem to pull you in without even trying, as if casting a spell on you , as cliche as it sounds ,when you see him staring back you blink,snapping out of your trance “oh uhm yeah right, what secret about me have you uncovered” you respond,trying to act calm but your mind is already racing. “Would it be so bold to assume that you share my feelings? That you also yearn and await someone?” Damn him and his scarily good analytical mind because he hit the nail right on the head. “Yeah,what about it?” You grin,trying to ease up your nerves and hopefully save yourself from a possibly humiliating situation. “Well I was hoping you'd accept my offer for partnership, and no I do not mean in the assistance you've already provided me,but kinship,of something more than simple acquaintances or friends” he said,stretching out his hand towards you “So what do you say? Do you accept it?” He asks,looking right at you.

‘Of course you would!’ You think to yourself but there was a nagging feeling ,one you knew too well. You couldn't keep this from him,you have to tell him,for his sake but most importantly,yours. “I will but you must know one thing before we do this” you say “I am not interested in… intimacy, quite frankly I don't see the appeal of sex in general and no I will not change my mind or change ever” you say confidently,analysing his reaction “Go on” he says,as if waiting for the big reveal even though you just said it point blank “Isn't it obvious? You're not gonna be sexually intimate with me in this relationship” you say,a bit confused. “I see no issue with that,were you worried my feelings would magically change because of this?” he asks,genuinely dumb founded. “I mean,yeah? Everything is centered around sex one way or the other, everyone expects it at some point in their relationship” he only sighs ,shaking his head “Silly you,i should take offence for the fact you believe I have the same primitive mindset as those ..simpletons” he takes your hands in his before speaking again “I do not care about such things,it is and will always be your choice if you wish to partake in it,I do not expect it from you, ever.If our relationship cannot blossom and thrive without such carnal desires what even is the point?” he asks,holding your hands a bit tighter “Are you sure?Because I don't want you to suddenly change your mind mid relationship and just waste both of our time” seems like your words struck a nerve as he pinched you playfully “Fool! To think you'd doubt me,who do you take me for?I know deception is kind of my thing but do know that I never plan on deceiving you” he says and suddenly it's like his personality switches,he's still Descole but at the same time,he's also Sycamore.That kindness and gentleness never left when switching identities.You didn't have the words to express what you're feeling,shock,happiness, relief, it's all flooding you at once.

The man stares at you,awaiting your response. You simply laugh,pulling him in a kiss. Lips crashing against each other with so much love it left you both breathless yet yearning for more. That's when you knew he was the man you loved, the man that loved and accepted you,your natural self. And with that thought, you kissed him again as the sun set completely, enveloping you both in darkness as the feeling of your connected lips being the only evidence of each other's presence.

— Kaitou Spade? Well, compared to Joker, Spade is a lot more composed and mature.. you wouldn't really have issues dating him.

— Spade is more dashing and charming, he's probably aware that he looks quite handsome, and he’ll use it to his advantage with you. Hmm, don't wanna get up? Charm~⁠☆ don't wanna do chores? Charm~!⁠☆

— Spade is less obvious in terms of showing affection. Instead of acting like a desperate puppy, he's quite the subtle man. Touching shoulders, slightly gaze your hand with his own, the most out of the open he can do is keep his arm wrapped around your waist.

— Definitely the kind to do romantic dates, all planned in advance, he's willing to cater to whatever you need and want. He practically prioritises you over himself, but he might give in if you beg him enough to do things at his own pace.

— As much as Spade would prefer to spoil you in everything, it can be tough to convince him to take it easy due to his condition that leads to him getting a fever from either too much excitement or too much physical activity. But he's also kinda easy to convince if you push the right buttons…

— Regarding kissing, he's simple and straight to the point. He kisses your hand because he's a gentleman, he kisses your head because he's feeling cute, he kisses your lips to surprise you pleasantly. Perhaps a little cheesy, but whatever floats his boat.

— Cuddling? He prefers to be the big spoon, it makes him feel secure having you in his arms, away from the wide, wide world. Though, he might give in if you convince him enough to be a little spoon.. he's never complained though. Being a little spoon makes him feel secure too.

— Spade will always tell Dark Eye to take care of you, in the event that Spade isn't around to care for you and is off doing phantom thief duties. He’ll always have an extra room for you somewhere within the Twin Thunder Shark ship.

— Despite all the petty fights he has with Joker over treasure, you are still his greatest treasure of all. A treasure that cannot be replaced, a treasure that glims like gold, but never artificial.

Mod Gren's note: Hmm.. perhaps I am a little mentally ill. For a man such as this dork. He bit my behind last week.

—Eh? You're dating that infamous phantom thief? How you managed to take such a man is a mystery...

—Practically loyal to you, in fact, Joker is quite possessive of you. As how he's possessive and protective over his treasures, he acts the same with you.

—I particularly don't see him as an outdoorsy kinda person when it comes to dates. Most of the time, he prefers to stay indoors. Not the most typical romantic dates, but as long as you enjoy them too.

—Clingy. Clingy with a capital C. You leave him alone for ten minutes and he starts texting you about how he misses you, very clearly typed in a way that makes him sound like a baby.

—Even worse, even if he demands that you leave him be due to his mood being sour, it will give him less than 10 minutes to start texting you that he misses you and wants you back. Whatever happened to taking space for himself? Who knows.

—He would steal things for you. Sometimes, his advance notices can have double meanings to them, they can mean “I’ll steal this for sweetheart!” Suddenly, he's shown up with a stolen piece of artwork that may have costed a million or so..

—His thoughts on kissing? Honestly I don't see him being the type to initiate it.. at most, he’ll kiss your cheek or your hand. Kissing on the lips? Too embarrassing for that, he would freak out.

—Nicknames? He's not too big on them. However, he likes to tease you for his own enjoyment, which includes calling you a lot of cheesy nicknames. “Sweetheart” is probably his favourite one to use, though.

—Speaking of clingy, if you live in the Sky Joker blimp, often times you will find Joker just randomly walk in the room you're in, flop himself on top of you and cling onto you. Burying his face in your body, for no reason other then to seek your warmth. Probably.

—He loves it when you watch him perform his heists, often going “Now watch me closely, sweetheart!” as he outwits the police once more. It's entertaining to him, but way more fun if you're there too.

—You often get worried sick. Actually, is worried sick even the proper phrase? He comes home with numerous injuries, even if he says he's fine, you always insist on bandaging him up. He may be stubborn, but even with an ego as large as his would submit if convinced enough.

—While Joker is known for all of his excitement and constant seeking for thrill, when it comes to you, all he thinks about is just relaxing around with you. He would even consider taking a day off from being a phantom thief just to be with you. After all, what he must seek the most is to rely on someone else comfortably, right?

—Hm.. actually, even if he does know that he can find comfort in you, he would still try to cover it up the times he's been vulnerable. Perhaps he still finds it hard to be vulnerable, despite his boisterous nature. But you’ll allow him to take his time.

Help a Family in Need

I am reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Mohamad S., who is facing one of the most challenging times of his life. Mohamad is 37 years old and left his homeland in 2015 in search of a safer and better future. He’s a kind, hardworking man, and his small family has always been his greatest priority.

Living abroad, Mohamad has recently endured unimaginable loss and financial strain. Amidst the ongoing conflict in his homeland, his mother passed away, leaving behind his sister and her five young children—the last remaining members of his immediate family.

As the situation worsened, Mohamad managed to help his sister and her children escape to safety in Egypt, covering their immediate needs and securing a temporary refuge for them. Since then, he has been fully responsible for providing everything they need to survive during this transition.

In his efforts to support his family and cope with this devastating loss, Mohamad has found himself deeply in debt. To make matters even more difficult, he recently underwent knee surgery, which limits his ability to return to work for the foreseeable future. This has made it even harder for him to manage his financial responsibilities and the pressing need to provide his family with a stable future.

Mohamad is now working to bring his sister and her five children to join him in Belgium, where he hopes they can find stability and opportunity after all they’ve endured. This transition, however, requires significant resources that he is currently unable to meet alone.

For privacy reasons, we are not sharing Mohamad’s full name, as he has chosen to keep his identity discreet. While he initially refused the idea of asking for help, I couldn’t stand by and watch him struggle alone. I insisted on doing this for him because he deserves a chance to overcome these challenges.

Your contribution will help Mohamad repay the debt incurred during this difficult time, cover ongoing living expenses for his family, and assist with the costs involved in bringing them safely to Belgium.

Mohamad has been a good friend of mine for years, and I’ve always admired his resilience and generosity. Any support, no matter the size, will make an incredible difference in helping Mohamad and his family rebuild their lives after these painful experiences.

Mod Gren's note: November 26th is my birthday! I thought, perhaps l should post this for my birthday.

It's.. quite late on this particular night in your room. Sitting at the desk, eyebags slowly appearing underneath your eyes, feeling stressed and burnt out. But you felt as if you had to get this work done, no matter what.

You heard the back door open, it was not unusual and didn't startle you as much as it used to—It was just your fellow Greninja. They like going out for a run in the night. They have just came back from that run. You hear the back door closed and locked, hearing the very light footsteps of the ninja frog.

You took a sip from your coffee, your desk seems like a mess, but you need to get this work done anyway. You then hear your room's door being opened, "Ninja?" said the wondering Greninja, as it walked into the room, seeing you seem so overworked on the desk.

"Oh.. hey, Greninja.." You tiredly replied, "Sorry.. I'm busy right now." you added. Though, Greninja doesn't want to leave you alone just yet. Greninja walks up beside you, slightly kneeling down as it tilted its head, "..Nin ja-ja?" asked the concerned Greninja. It seems to be asking if you're alright, Greninja can sense human emotions very well due to its perceptive nature.

"I promise, I'm fine.. l just have unfinished work." You tried brushing it off while chuckling awkwardly, immediately following a yawn. "Ninja." Said sternly by Greninja, you can never lie to them. Clearly, it doesn't seem convinced.

"I swear I'm fine, I'll get this done in another hour or so—" You got cut off by Greninja putting it's frog-like hand up to your mouth. The Greninja shook its head, looking at you with stern yet worried pink eyes.

"Ninja.." Greninja sighs, going up behind and pulling the chair you were on away from the desk. Despite being small, Greninja has impressive strength. "Heyy.. what do you think you're doing?" You asked, turning your head a little to see Greninja behind the chair.

"Ninja!" Greninja cried out, it took both of your hands in its frog-like hands. "Ninja! Ninja!" Greninja exclaims, gesturing to the bed next to the desk in your room. "Do you.. want me to lay down?" You asked, tilting your head. Even if you deny, you do need a rest badly due to your tired state.

"But.. what about the wor—" You got cut off again, "Gre-nin!" it scolded. It seems like it wants you to take a break, and it's not gonna take no for answer. "Alright, alright.. I'm coming.." You finally comply, having no energy to argue with the Pokémon further.

You finally laid your tired body on your comfortable bed, your head resting the pillow. You almost instantly feel like falling asleep on the spot. As you felt your eyelids slowly droop, you felt a blanket being put on you, it was tugging you in. You also felt the Greninja laying down next to you, curling itself up like some sort of cat.

"Hey.. are you gonna sleep next to me now?" You asked in a tired tone, "Nin." replied the curled up Greninja. "Alright.. l suppose you can snuggle with me.." You say as you slowly raised your hand up and have it rest on the Pokémon's back. It's skin felt smooth and soft, you slowly pat it's back and it snuggled closer.

Greninja doesn't snuggle up close like this often, but when it does, it has a strange sense of.. comfort. Your eyes slowly start to close as you finally drift off to a peaceful sleep, with your partner by your side.

``Domesticated Greninja headcanons★

Tags/Warnings: a little fluffy, goofy ahh, domesticated Greninja, strong bond, cat-like behavior.

Fandom: Pokémon.

Character(s): Greninja/Gekkouga.

Word count: 1,706 words.

Mod Gren's note: What would be the fitting fanfic that l post when l come back? Hm.. certainly not a Greninja-related one. Totally not. /Sarc (l just wanted to post something about Greninja, it's been a while.)

•They sleep around like cats. No, really, they would absolutely sleep on their backs and give you a heart attack unintentionally. They're quite flexible!

•Nom. They have the tendency to bite your hands as a sign of affection, because they don't have teeth (or any visible ones for that manner), they know they can't hurt you by doing this, but they would still be gentle though.

•Very hyperactive. It's recommended that you take them to battles often and perhaps participate in their training sessions sometimes. A Greninja does not have to be kept indoors all the time, though l imagine that isn't highly recommended anyway.

•They love it when you pet their tongue scarf!! They'll start to make purr-like noises if they're happy, though they sound more like faint croaking.

•The one who swallows every food they're given whole, no time to chew or anything. Just swallow them whole with almost no issues.

•Squishy and smooth frog skin, very comfortable to hug. Highly recommended.

•Not only are they short, but they're also quite light meaning you can pick them up and carry them like they're your child.

•They can be very vocal despite being the Ninja Pokémon, they're only ever vocal in private and can be loud if they ever get upset. Although, they won't show those types of emotions in public.

•While they do keep a calm and composed demeanor in battles and in public, they would drop that kind of demeanor in private with their trainer sometimes, even if it's subtle.

•Because they're usually calm and composed, they are also very patient with others and quite chill outside of battles.

•Playful little creatures. They love playing around with their trainers, particularly with smaller and younger Pokémon.

•They're devoted and loyal to their trainers, they may even risk their own lives to protect them. Their devotion will be especially strong if raised from a Froakie.

•They can be unpredictable. It's recommended to not raise your hopes too high nor should you try and predict them on your own, as you never quite know on what they're thinking.

I fell into Pokémon HARD after watching the franchise from afar for years, and my absolute favourite aspect has to be the exploration of the bond between the trainer and their Pokémon (what's the point if I can't make up 48393 scenarios of my best buddy and myself just hanging out?) And your writing scratches that itch beautifully.

(*read: I've been a lowkey Froakie stan since 2013 and now that I have my lil froggy buddy in XY and Ash-Gren in Sun/Moon, I'm being swarmed by ideas for a novelisation of my self insert's Pokémon journey through Kalos and Alola with her Pokémon pals. I can absolutely relate to the ninja frog taking brainrot! Mine has been like that for two years actually, it never goes away! But l suppose Greninja has been a part of my creativity expanding a little more.
