I always start my day out with a nice big bowl of oatmeal. Gives me so much fuel and energy for the day ๐ŸŒโœจ I always add blueberry jam to my oatmeal hence the beautiful purple color ๐ŸŒˆ โœจ topped with banana slices, coconut flakes and cinnamon ๐Ÿ’ซ what's your favorite oatmeal combo? This was my attempt of cooking a vegan chili con carne which pretty much turned into a stew. I never really cook from a recipe. I just wing it and it always turns out so good ๐Ÿ˜› topped my stew/chili con carne whatever you wanna call it with some gluten free bean spaghetti ๐ŸŒฟGetting in those carbs and protein ๐Ÿ’ชโœŒ Non vegan people often has this idea that when you're vegan you don't get enough protein. But where does the animal you are eating get its protein from? They get it from the plants they are eating ๐ŸŒฟ There is no such thing as protein deficiency on a plant based diet. All plants contain protein. Just eat 2 table spoons of peanutbutter a day and you have gotten the amount of protein you need for your body to function. We really don't need that much protein as many people think. Go vegan people โค

CINNAMON BUNS ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜› I love being vegan because I know exactly what goes into my body. I know that the food I'm consuming is not coming from a innocent animal that have lived a horrible life. A few months ago I was telling myself, never in a million years did I think I would be able to do a headstand on my own. You see, your mind is a very powerful thing ๐Ÿ”ฎWe often tell ourselves, I can't do that, I'm not good enough, I'll never be able to do that. Our society has taught us to not think big about ourselves. We have been taught that success comes from many years of hard work. I do believe that success goes in hand with hard work. You can not achieve much from lying on your couch watching tv all day long. BUT we often forget that our mind is a really POWERFUL thing. You can do, be and become whatever your heart desires as long as you believe in it. That's how simple it is ๐Ÿ˜Š BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! A few weeks ago I told myself I wanted to be able to do a headstand completly on my own and I believed in it , and look at me now. I'm freaking doing it!!!๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ For some people headstands might be easy, but for me it has been really difficult finding the balance while being upside down and sure I have worked hard on it almost every single day. But my mind has brought me to where I am today because I believed in myself. I hope you will start believing in yourself too, because when you do, beautiful things will happen โœจ๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ

This morning was so magical โœจ๐Ÿ’ซ as I stepped out of my door I was greeted by this beautiful view. I feel so grateful to be alive to witness these wonders mother nature has to offer. Life is truly beautiful and I feel like we often take everything for granted. If you are reading this instagram caption you most likely own a phone and you most likely have a roof over your head. You are so incredible privileged and lucky, but most of us take that for granted. We are living in a world filled with negativity, anger, anxiety, hate, self harm and we are constantly on the go. There are millions of people out there who have nothing, they don't have a roof over their head and they are starving. I have witness it with my own eyes. I am so privileged to have a roof over my head, clean clothes to wear every day and I never go to bed hungry. I used to take these things for granted and constantly complain about unnecessary things in life. Through travelling the world I have opened up my eyes and now I feel so incredible grateful for all the small things in life. Life is absolutely beautiful and should be enjoyed no matter what. Stop complaining and start living. You never know when it's going to endโœจโœจโœจ
