MY 🤬 FRUSTRATION STATION 🥵

I've been working on channeling my emotions in a creative way. I found this old desk a few weeks ago. Whenever I get the urge to self harm, I carve my pain into it.

This is not a cure, only a temporary solution. I say temporary because I have to keep doing it.  Doing this makes me "Feel good" and ironically is my bodies way of relieving pain.

Why is cutting so relieving?

Parrots achieve the same chemical release when they pluck their feathers. Some birds get so addicted to the chemical reaction that occurs that they pick themselves completely bald.
