Straight out of hibernation with THEM BUNS!

BUT NOT ALL WAS WELL IN CONVENTIONLAND

You see, gentle readers, I was tabling with three of my compatriots. Together we hit minor cons around the city, under the name Variety Hour, and typically make for a highly effective team leveraging our respective art, business and salesmanship skills. But this convention, toward the end, there was trouble in paradise. One of compatriots implied that he could draw butts better than me. Or at minimum, challenge me to a contest thereof.

I would like to be very clear here and now dear readers, that he is mistaken. I would not quite say I am one of the greatest illustrators of bottoms this world hath ever known, as such proclamations are not my business. I intend to leave that to the history books. Of our group, however, my powers are simply unmatched. But to destroy his confidence would strike a blow to the union of our houses. ‘Twould jeopardize the very fabric of which our cooperation is sewn. A competitive impulse can be fun. Healthy even. But more noble is the man who knows when to let the subject go for the greater good. One who can deny the ego for the greater causes of peace, fraternity, the preservation of love in our chaotic and vicious world. And so I say to you my friend, my confidant, ho-zay​…
