wizard on muggle violence is prevented by virtue of there being like a 50/50 chance that muggle is packing heat. muggle on wizard violence is prevented by knowing that wizard can give you boils spelling LIL BITCH on your forehead if you try to start something.

8. Severus Snape, Stage Manager

Snape only joined the Drama Club because Lily Evans did, but he didn't regret signing up. Sure no one particularly liked him, but when he was their stage manager, he was at least in charge of them, and that was nice. His shining moment was when he managed "Merlin and Morgana: A Love as Forbidden as Sorcery in Camelot". Lily was playing Morgana, and that arrogant snit, James Potter was playing Merlin. When their big kiss scene came up in dress rehearsal, Snape cast the rock slide charm a beat too early, effectively killing Merlin. When asked what happened, he said it made everything more dramatic and to his amusement, Director Kettleburn agreed. That ended up being his favorite play to manage.

Lord Voldemort always had a good sense of humor, but he felt none of his followers really appreciated how funny he was. His biggest regret was that no one was around to be amused when he told Wormtail that he would give him a task most of his followers would give their right hands to perform.

After Merope stopped dosing him with the love potion, Tom Riddle Sr. left her and returned to Little Hangleton where he married Cecilia. One night he went to his parents' to visit to let them know that he and Cecilia were expecting a child. He never made it home.

Cecilia gave birth to a son. She eventually married again, this time to a man called Finnigan, and raised her son, completely oblivious to the fact that Tom Riddle had another son. When Cecilia's son grew up, he met and married a nice woman. After they married, she told him she was a witch. It was a bit of a nasty shock for him when he found out.
