in my heart of hearts i do think that as a kid tim had bad luck in that every time his parents took him to the opera he would be like "please let this be the day the penguin decides to hold the entire audience of la traviata hostage and i get to be saved by batman and robin" to himself and it would not happen but inevitably the very next day on the 10 o'clock news it's breaking "no tragic ending for these operagoers! batman and robin save the day when mr. freeze tries to encase the entire gotham opera house in ice" and he's just there trying not to scream in frustration while his dad crosses his legs in his recliner chair and turns a page in his newspaper and chortles, saying "jeez we picked a perfect day to go, didn't we janet? one day later and we might've become the gotham city ice mummies" and tim gets upset because he should have become an ice mummy and janet has to be like "oh, darling, there's nothing to be scared of, mom and dad won't let anything like that ever happen to you" but he wants it to happen so bad. please, mad hatter. kidnap him. just once. that's all he asks for. just once.

Oh my god it’s just like the fic help 💀 I kinda want to redraw it

jason gets a letter addressed to red hood, he opens it expecting something crime related, but instead its an offer to appear in a gotham magazine topless, je decides screw it sounds funny.

so now red hood is a frequent shirtless man (helmet on) on covers 2 page spreads and has a whole calendar.

1 of the calendar shots shows a scar that is usually out of sight, a scar that dick recognises as jason's (he got it in a stupid way and its very unique)

dick is now frantically trying to contact red hood who he is trying to tell himself is not his dead little brother, when he finally sees red hood it goes like

dick: please tell me you are not my dead little brother jason

jason: *takes the mask off*

dick: 1st how are you alive, 2nd why are you a crime lord, and 3rd AND MOST OF ALL WHY ARE YOU DOING SHIRTLESS PICKS!?

jason: lazurus pit, long story, found it funny

dick: you have more thirsty fans than bruce

jason: well yeah, i keep the mask on, people who like bruce imagine im 40 underneath, and i have the audience of people who imagine im younger

dick: *storming away* thats it, im done, i cant deal with this anymore, i dont care what ur plans are, why youre back, im done, this is too much for 1 night

jason decides to start sending him a copy of every magazine he appears in, and dick never tells anyone about how he found out jason was back
