i’m feeling the strongest urge to binge rn but to overcome it i’ve been imagining how much better my life would be when i’m skinny.
~ i’d be able to wear the clothes i want without being judged.
~ more people would find me attractive and be jealous of me.

cut the foods you eat into smaller pieces and eat them one by one to trick your brain into thinking you’re eating more thus getting fuller.
for instance slice fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, cucumbers, watermelon, grapes, etc. into tiny pieces, this makes it look like a lot more food and helps to eat slower!!
