I have been struggling with losing weight with starving but I heard that cola zero helps so I wanted to ask how it works? and if it genuinely works

It's low calorie meaning you won't be wasting any calories you don't need to be using as it's filled with sweeteners and not sugar. Drinking just water or black coffee can be boring and sometimes when people feel like bingeing they drink coke zero or diet coke/other zero kcal drinks as its sweet and takes your mind of it. (If you're really that bored you could make it into a slushie) 🌸
