when something inspires you to make art for yourself, is there a commonality between them, or is it always "Spur of the Moment?" Tell us about your inspirations!
I have emotions I do not know how to expell in any other way, so I make things. Other times, I just want to try a new technical method. It's more about the process than anything else
honestly I think it's less about dopamine hunting and more about "I've gotta just clear this number" unfortunately I can't block all the numbers which say "this needs clearing" it's there in the header, really annoying, I've blocked all the other numbers, it sorta helps
I don't personally do that, but there may be others who do
I mean like, anyone else feel like they get trapped checking on things, it's only whe things don't have to be checked on any more that there's time for drawing, like 2am
Sounds like digital pacing. A lot of running through the same 3 apps to seek out some shot of dopamine since it's generally an easy fix, especially when a more anti-pedestrian and anti-third space society becomes more pervasive along with the commodification of internet space, incentivising companies to endorse internet space to be farms for targeted advertising in increasing homogenized websites, leading to more and more use of the internet so people can maintain some semblance of human socialization to keep their sanity..
I understand why you'd put many astrixs as a correction
Honestly, it's getting yourself in the habit of sketching every day. It doesn't have to be good. It can be squiggles, something in front of you, anything! As long as you do a lil doodle every day to get into the habit of drawing and soon you'll find yourself drawing every day without trying
Hey! Sorry if you've gotten this question before but how long have you been into ace attorney and how did you get into it?
No worries
I think I got into it in 2019 but I know a friend of mine was really into it in 2010 and tried to get me into it too at the time. I was just late to the party
