New week, new read. Currently reading Mansfield Park and let me say, Fanny genuinely is a perpetually sick and overly-sensitive Cinderella so far so hopefully her character will get more depth throughout the book 😅

I've been captivated by Mr. Forster's prose this past week. So far, I've read Maurice, A Room with a View, and I'm currently halfway through Howards End. My impression (which might seem blasphemous) is that Forster is like a Jane Austen who lacks delicacy but makes up for it with a sharp insight into the human soul. For this, I appreciate him greatly.
