Finally get to start carb cycling and get a refeed day in and spent some time counting out my macros so I could make homemade protein pancakes. Delicious, super filling, fit my macronutrients and micronutrients. Perfect! Recipe- 4 pancakes: 4tbs coconut flower, 4 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 serving FiberDX, 6 strawberries, 1 serving protein powder of your choice (I used choclate, but prefer banana) topped with 1/2 cup blue berries and sugar free syrup.
