i got a bunch of anons concerned over drinking during pregnancy but like thats actually super fucking normal in europe

i had literally 1 beer yesterday and everyone lost their fucking minds-

1 drink isnt going to hurt anyone :/ i dont even drink everyday and i wasnt planning on getting drunk either :/

Hey, so you need to make sure you aren't doing anything harmful while pregnant especially drinking energy drinks because of caffeine!! Please do some research there are a lot of things you have to be careful of while pregnant. If you drink, smoke, do anything that baby shouldn't, babies can be born under developed, it can cause SIDS (SUDDEN INFANT DEATH SYNDROME) This isn't a joke. I know there are a lot of effects on babies if you smoke, drink, do drugs, consume forms of alcohol, there are a lot more things that you shouldn't do. I advise you to take this very, very, very seriously and RESEARCH CAREFULLY what is and isn't okay to do while pregnant. Caffeine is not good while pregnant, of course drinking, smoking, drugs, and alcohol is not safe too. Please, be careful! I'm saying this to help you not upset you!!

so im aware of that but i cant quit everything cold turkey without withdrawl symptoms :( i already stopped taking my meds and stopped my medical weed so im waiting a little before quitting caffeine and nicotine and alcohol <3
