Hey so like maybe 8 years back this one noodle brand changed the way they made their instant noodles. I had been eating these noodles every day for years. It was my biggest joy, my salvation. And I was distraught once I realized what they had done. (It tasted HEALTHY now? Give me back my junk food delicious paradise!!) Quickly followed by becoming pissed as I realized they hadn't informed about this anywhere and were TAKING MY NOODLES AWAY FROM ME
So a few days ago I went to a meetup for autistic people, and we ended up on the topic of comfort foods. Then my friend brought up the exact type of noodles and said how he was so upset they changed the consistency
You guys. I felt like I had found my other half
Anyway moral of the story I think the bane of companies trying to sneakily change their recipes is autistic people with a comfort food
