I was totally that one sheepish fan at the panel, I just didn’t know what to say I was so amazed to meet one of the top Zero Escape bloggers in person! I’m super glad you had a great time and disappointed that I didn’t see the Phi, Luna, and old Akane in your pics while walking around. Love your content and always looking forward to more ZE!

katsu was VERY fun and im gonna need a week to recover but highlights:

1. HEWWO TO EVERYONE THAT RECOGNIZED ME especially the person at the panel who seemed sheepish about it… you were all so nice i love u. i forgot to draw anything for anyone because i was excited

2. the panel was GREAT. the panelist called dio an ass eater. we watched the sigma vs carlos shitpost video. there were memes.

3. i had lunch with a group of some of my oldest ze mutuals plus some new fans, it was a goodass time. we discussed which charactwrs are bottoms in the middle of the dealers hall and were asked to move and did an escape room in full cosplay and won

4. i realized i have enough ze merch to warrant an ita bag… ah….

5. while i was in akane cosplay and looked 15 max my friend and i got hit on by a very drunk man at a bar and got him kicked out then he lied about paying his tab and left his phone so they had to drag him back then my friend ate the noodles he ordered. wild.

I... I think I’m in love. Having grown up taking figure skating lessons every Sunday since I was 7 years old, I actually have an ingrained adoration of this sports’ beauty. I participated in many shows for the skate club and watched it on the olympics with my parents; I think it was the only sport I ever watched consistently during the season, other than maybe skiing/snowboarding. Once you learn how to find your balance, skating really does feel like you’re dancing across the ice.

So, just the fact that Yuri On Ice!!! was a figure skating anime made me want to watch it, but oh my... I did not expect to be so smitten with the characters and narrative. Not only the love story (which is seriously one of the sexiest love stories I’ve ever seen on screen between any gender), but the different styles and personalities of the other skaters are just amazing. Seeing the grace of figure skating animated is a real treat, and the creators clearly put a lot of effort into the accuracy of each footwork sequence and jump.

Anyway, enough with me gushing over something everyone already knows, I made some patterns for the main trio! Since they have several iconic costumes each, I just made one for all of them, and you can choose which one you like ;). The supporting cast will get a listing too at some point in the future, though it might be tougher to choose which costumes will have an option. Cheers!

Zero Time Dilemma and Virtue’s Last Reward perlers are finally up at the shop! I marathon-ed ZTD the moment in came out, and I’m still not sure how I feel about the series being over :(. I suppose this is penance for not realizing it was 999 week sooner XD. Any interest is appreciated!

Female Corrin and Nohr dancer Azura with the Nohr royal family! These designs are now up at the shop. I’ve been playing Conquest  since it came out and loving the return to form on map design. The cast is also excellent and I may be biased if I ever buy Birthright XD. Will be working on a lot of Conquest designs for my next ventures, and Birthright as well. Genericon Artist Alley Experience

I had a fantastic first experience selling at Artist’s Alley as Perler Village! So much thanks to everyone who showed interest in my perler stand (and generally for supporting my friends on the genericon staff with your attendance). I got 12 commissions over the course of the con (including 4 original characters from sketches, which were a great challenge to bring to life in pixel art) and all of them were so much fun to make, and I’m really happy that everyone was satisfied with them. I also met a bunch of wonderful people with some great conversations about Zero Escape, Danganronpa, Fire Emblem, and others (my weaknesses), and totally want to find everyone on tumblr and follow all of you :D. Many people asked about commissions after my slots were full and I can now work on them if you are still interested ^^. Genericon Artist Alley :D!

Hey y’all! I’m going to be selling at my first official artist’s alley for Genericon on March 4th-6th. Genericon is held at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (my home tech college ^^) in Troy, NY. I will be taking a commissions and requests with a large list of slots the whole weekend and have a few exclusive designs not up in the shop ready to be unveiled :D. The con is all run by us students, including many of my friends so any support is super appreciated. Also if you’re another artist out there selling or even just an attendee feel free to message me (even if its just to chat about random stuff), I’m curious to see what everyone is planning.

The heroes of Wakfu as pixel perlers! Wakfu is a super pretty french animated show based on an MMO which you should totally check out if you’re into anime-esque fair. The kids from Fire Emblem Awakening :D! This is the template preview for perlers so the colors won’t be exactly the same in bead form.
